I got charged $10 and I was at work not even remotely close to this place.I called the number to figure this out and no one answers goes straight to voicemail.I would not recommend using a place that can’t even have common decency to give a phone call back to solve this!

Every time I come here I lose money. The vacuums don’t all work and have taken my money multiple times. Car wash leaves car dirty once it dries. This could be a great place if you took care of the place like it should be.and an I wrong or does high pressure wash normally contain soap???? Hello, where is the soap!?!?!?!?!? Shut this place down

No soap, cash machines not functioning, missing brush in one stall, other stall oss. Out my money and car could only get rinsed off. Seems ongoing issue.

I apologize, but I think Newville Carwash needs either maintenance or needs new management. I went to wash my mother's car as her birthday gift, and the wash had no soap nor good water pressure. The car still looks dirty. I will no longer take any vehicles to this wash, unless I see improvement.

Even though the automatic car wash has been updated recently, prepare to hand dry your car. I thought that since it was updated, there might have been an air dryer now, but there isn't.

Went to the automatic bay today pd $9.00 and got nothing it wouldn't tell me to stop, back forth till it no longer said forward. Called them no response.
