I must admit that when I switched to this pharmacy from Walmart I was a bit frustrated. Because Walmart has the nicest refill software I’ve ever dealt with, simply automated texting you when it’s time to refill and so on.After figuring out how this facility does things, I’ve had a good experience, and the staff is usually pretty nice. The number to call to refill is a fairly simple process to. So I’m glad to be supporting them. And not to mention the drive through window for picking up prescriptions! That is the greatest part, guess I’m too lazy to get out of my vehicle.?

We pulled into the drive through with literally 2 minutes left until they were closing. My daughters flu test had just come back positive and Urgent Care sent a prescription to the pharmacy as we were pulling into the parking lot. The pharmacist filled the prescription even though it was closing time by then and the assistant working the window was very kind and sympathetic. My daughter was feeling horrible so their kindness was much appreciated and we were grateful to not have to wait until the next day to get her medicine.

5 STARS!! The staff is always friendly and courteous. My daughter had surgery to repair a fractured arm and her post op pain medicine was not available when I arrived at the drive-thru window on the way home from the hospital. They delivered the medication about an hour later to my doorstep. Hands down the best pharmacy around!

Do not recommend this place. Had my prescription since 10:30 am . Called me at 6:30 pm to tell me there was an issue. Of course at that time my doctor is closed. When picked up my prescription the next day I pointed this out to Kayla the manager. Who responded that it took so long to call because they have a lot of stuff going on. Wow almost 8 hours to make a simple phone call? Then Nicole the girl at the counter couldn’t even take time out of her busy day to say I’ll be right with you. If your that busy you can’t acknowledge someone or make a phone call in a timely manner then maybe you should hire more help. No customer service knowledge at this business. As much as I like keeping my business local I believe this is one I cannot support.

I use the drive through so I can quickly drop off or pick up a prescription. The one thing that annoys me the most is getting stuck behind someone sitting at the drive through window waiting for their prescription to be filled. This seems to be getting more common. I will pull up behind a car and watch them give the employee their prescription and then sit and wait. I have called in to the store and have had to ask if the employee could ask the customer to pull into a parking space so others can pick up a prescription that is ready or to drop one off. I have also had to give up waiting and go inside and wait in line and when I leave the same person is still sitting at the window holding up other customers while they wait. It would help if the employee working the drive through would ask people to park when waiting for their prescription to get filled so others customers who are just picking up or dropping off don't get stuck waiting.

The customer service at Big Spring Pharmacy is outstanding! The staff is always very polite and helping with my family every time we come to shop or have our prescriptions filled. I have had a few times where there were issues getting my scripts filled due to insurance needing certain information. The staff has always been very helpful. I have to say a special praise for Ann who has gone above and beyond several times for me. In a day and age where it's so easy to say no or to be too busy to help someone, she takes time out of her day to make sure you are treated kind and with respect. Thank you so much to everyone for you kindness!

Just one comment. I believe every one who has been stuck at the drive through window can agree. If you are dropping off a prescription and waiting for it to be filled, waiting for some type of approval, or waiting for anything that requires more then just picking up or dropping off, please don't sit at the window and wait for it to be filled. The line of cars behind you have places to go and things to get done. Park in a parking space and walk inside, or pull into a parking space and wait a few minutes and then get back in line. You wouldn't make everyone inside stand in line. Have some common courtesy to others waiting in line.
