My friend and I enjoy going there. She has curly hair and I have fine straight hair. We went the 1st time with really really bad haircuts from our previous stylist who was going through life changes which produced our not normal hairstyles, but a mess. She then retired.
Annette has worked wonders with both hair styles. She takes the time to listen to our thoughts and also recommends what would work best for each individual hair type. We definitely recommend

I’ve been going to Annette for years. She’s so talented and definitely knows her craft. She very much has years of experience but also is on the cutting edge of the latest trends. (See what I did there haha) She’s always kind and always willing to work with me, my hair and my budget. I appreciate her and her talent. Curly hair girls, look no further!! She is the best! Annette truly went above and beyond for me and my hair! She made sure I looked and felt beautiful on my wedding day! Leading up to the big day she helped me get my hair healthy. She took the time to explain everything and the "why" behind it. We did a trial and then I went back for a trim and a color where she tried something different so that my bridal hair style vision was not only met but exceeded! It was a true pleasure working with Annette.

5 stars for sure. I highly recommend using Annex salon for your wedding hair. Annette was amazing on my wedding day and at my trail. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone’s hair was perfect and she even helped me fix my flower girl’s bracelet when she didn’t have to. I honestly can’t say enough good things. Annette and her assistant were amazing!!! I was so happy with my hair, it looked great and stayed put all night, even in the 90 degree humidity! Throughout the process she answered every question I had and helped me feel more prepared for the wedding day. I would recommend her to anyone!

5 STAR, Annette is phenomenal! She did my bridal hair, my bridesmaids’ hair, and my mother’s. From the beginning, Annette has been helpful and shown her kindness. I was struggling to find a hair stylist for my wedding and was a little over a month out when I found Annex Hair Studio. Annette made the time that week to fit me in for a bridal hair trial. The hair trial was so helpful to get a sense if this were the right fit and after the results and how well we got along, I knew she was perfect. The day of the wedding, she kept everything running smoothly and made my bridal party feel beautiful. She made sure to touch up our hair before she left and even left a little product in case we needed an additional touch up. Our hair held perfectly the entire time! I am very grateful to have found Annette because her hair services made the day that much more beautiful.(I got married June 2023)

I just got married this past October, Annette did my hair as well as my bridal party’s and she did such an amazing job! Everyone wanted a different style and she completely nailed it…everyone looked so beautiful! I received so many compliments, and we all still looked perfect by the end of the night! I had a WONDERFUL experience with Annette. My trial lasted a couple of hours and we tried two different styles - an elegant french twist and a more modern, whimsical braided updo. I loved both and had a hard time choosing which to wear at the wedding. At the wedding, my hair and my bridesmaids’ hair all looked wonderful. She and her assistant were able to get all 8 of us, plus two of my family members done in about 4 hours. I was a little nervous about that timeline, but they made it happen without sacrificing any quality! As an introvert, I also appreciated that she kind of gauged where I was at on my wedding day. We chatted a lot at the trial, but I was a little quiet (because I was nervous!) on the day of the wedding. I think she could read my energy and let me chill a little while I was in the chair which I REALLY appreciated. Annette was so wonderful and I’d work with her again in a heartbeat.

Annette did my bridal hair, some of my bridesmaids' hair, and the mother of the bride's hair. Throughout the whole process, she was communicative and truly worked with me to make sure everything met my expectations and went smoothly. She helped create a timeline for everyone's hair and coordinated with the make-up artist to ensure we stayed on schedule. During my trial, she listened to what I wanted and made suggestions to elevate my look based on her experience and expertise. All of her suggestions were thoughtful, and intentional, and showed that she had my best interest in mind. For example, she suggested adding a few pretty pins that would match my earrings and tie my hair together with the detail in my dress. She also provided hair products for all of us to use the night before the wedding to make sure our held the day of. I have a lot of hair and I was nervous it wouldn't hold the whole night - it held perfectly and looked just as beautiful at 1pm as it did at 11pm. Of note, it poured just before our ceremony, and everyone's hair was completely unphased by the humidity (everyone had significantly different natural hair texture) - she is truly a miracle worker. Annette truly exceeded our expectations and I would choose her again without hesitation.Service: Hairstyling

I drove a half hour to get to Annex and I'm serious when I say it was 100% worth the drive. Annette gave me exactly the look I wanted. My hair is wavy and had some damage from coloring it. In addition, we had to do a bit of a re-set as I've recently moved cross country and needed to figure out how to style for the weather here. Annette took her time and asked lots of questions. I'm so glad I found her.

I had 3 hair trials with Annette prior to my wedding due to not being able to decide on how I wanted my hair styled. She was always so patient & helpful when trying to decide on the style & honest with how my hair would hold up due to length or heaviness of my hair but always did what I chose to do. She was able to get me in last minute to tone my hair prior to my wedding & allowed me to bring my 2 month old since I didn't have a sitter last minute which was much appreciated. I loved my hair for my wedding day & my bridesmaids hair looked beautiful and styled how they wanted!

Annette did my hair as well as my husband's and my two bridesmaids for my wedding last weekend and she did a phenomenal job!!
