This team is INCREDIBLE. I don’t leave many reviews, but if this helps anyone decide whether to use them or not, Vince’s saved me literally thousands of dollars by finding a warranty stipulation that would cover my car’s cracked manifold. They researched, called my dealership, and even printed supporting documents for me to take along when I took my car in to get it fixed. I ended up getting the manifold replaced for free. I can’t thank you guys enough!!! Highly recommend.

Had to sing the praises of the fine people at Vinces Auto. I have been using their services for close to 10 years and they continue to impress me with their professionalism, expertise and Customer Service. Everyone there is so kind and also very concerned about the welfare of my car and keep it in tiptop shape. Three cheers for Vince’s Auto in Newtown .

I went in for an oil change. Service was quick and courteous. I liked how they also did a multipoint safety inspection and told me a few upcoming services I should look into. It was much better than my experience with my local dealership. They had a more personalized service! Thank you.

I love Vince’s! The staff is awesome! They all care about the customers. Easy to make appointments, super easy night drop off (just park the car & put key in envelope with info filled out, then drop it in night drop slot). Vince's is proactive! They do requested service/repair and look over everything to give you a heads up on any future items that will need to be taken care of. Just had my oil changed, they told me tires are going to need to be replaced soon. They are giving me an estimate so I know what I’m looking at and can plan when to set up that appointment. Everytime I leave them, I feel like my car is brand new. They keep me running well and safe on the road! Best place we’ve ever used! I have been going to Vinces for the past 6 months and this place is fantastic, I needed a back seat for my Subaru and Anna was working to find me one for 2 months . She finally found me one. They go above and beyond to help you. I have never gone to any repair job even the dealership that is so accommodating to its customers. The staff is fantastic.

I cannot recommend this car repair business enough! My friend referred me and I will say that this is absolutely the most professional and thorough service I’ve ever received. They are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. They really know what they are doing. I’ve only ever taken my Mercedes vehicle to the dealer for all services and they’ve never come close to the quality of service that I received here at Vince’s.They are organized, professional, and reasonably priced. More than fair. Do not hesitate to check them out. We are very pleased and will not use anyone but them going forward!

Have gone to this shop for about 10 years ... Clear understandable evaluation of the condition of the car and alerts for future potential problems ... Mechanics that are detailed oriented and do excellent work and they keep my little beastie running smoothly but most importantly is Trust and honesty as to what needs to be done ...The Ladies in the front office do a great job of addressing any of your concerns about scheduling and timelines ...The shop is as a whole has an old time, small town feeling where you are a friend and not just a customer...Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I can't say enough good things about the team at Vince's! After literally decades of using the same mechanic (I won't name them) I decided it was time to look elsewhere. Vince's provided exceptional customer service, and a clear timeline with updates as necessary. The women in the office were phenomenal, and always on top of their game. The mechanic(s) did a great job on the vehicle and the prices were very reasonable. The entire reason I chose to switch mechanics was the lack of true customer service representatives, and never provided clear timelines. Vince's went above and beyond my expectations in all aspects, even sending text links to read the diagnosis myself. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Definitely recommend!

Vince's was the best experience; they were accommodating fast and kind. I was leaving on a big road trip and my blinkers died the night before. Anna and Tina ordered the part had my car fixed in less than 24 hours. Vince's is the only garage I will use going forward, great service and the women in the office were amazing.

The team here is amazing. They explain everything they need to do find the problem. They ended keeping the a couple days to figure what was wrong. Sure enough they found the problem.
