When it comes to service, this Postal office doesn't deliver. Guy behind the counter didn't smile once. Very unfriendly. Made me buy a whole roll of clear tape just to tape down one small label.

I am VERY disappointed in this post office. I'm trying to permanently change my address. Between the weird and difficult post office requirements and the TOTAL lack of help from the Newtown post office, I still haven't been able to get my mail. I completed the request for change on the website AND sent in a request on their form. The person at the counter at the Newtown post office was TOTALLy rude and NOT AT ALL helpful.

This is the slowest moving post office I have stepped foot in. The employee will criticize your handwriting and your requests for price/insurance to make sure it falls within your budget. No sense of awareness or customer service.

I recently encountered an issue where an elderly friend mailed a priority package to me but accidentally omitted the street address. While this was an oversight on his part, I was surprised that the USPS counter staff at this location accepted the package without noticing the missing address details. I believe it would greatly enhance customer experience if counter staff could be more vigilant in ensuring that address details are complete to avoid any unnecessary delays or returns.

To: Brian Matthew, US Post Office, Terry Drive, Newtown, PAFrom: Marion Schwartz, RN ,BSN, MSN, CPM, Full tuition scholarship with stipend for all degrees, University of Pennsylvania Newtown, PARe: Nasty Employee, AndrewDate: May 18, 2023I am writing this to make it known that the US Post Office on Terry Drive in Newtown, PA has an extremely hostile environment because of one very nasty, pathetic, ignorant employee, Andrew. I am shocked and do not believe that he should be unleashed and let loose to deal with the customers because he has no people skills at all. He should not be the interface between this Post office and the public, rather, place him behind the scenes where he won't be able to cause any trouble. I noticed several other complaints about him on the internet.Today, I went to this Post Office to mail a letter to my granddaughter in Ireland. There were three people in line when a woman passed us by and went directly to Grace who had just arrived at the counter. Grace did not ask her to wait her turn in line, but assisted her. Grace allowed this obnoxious woman to jump/crash the line! When finished, I told the woman, who is walking garbage, that she was supposed to wait in line as everyone else did.When I finally was called to the counter by Andrew, I tried to file a verbal complaint about this matter. He not only would not listen, he actually was nasty to ME for chastising the woman. If Andrew possessed a brain cell, he would be dangerous! DUHHH!I plan to submit this review to several other internet sites so that people are forewarned.

Wow! The service at this post office has gone downhill. I remember there used to be a nice gentleman and lady here at the front, but not for a while. When I went in, one of the girls in the front was especially rude and played d*** when I requested information. The manager, Brian, was very helpful, apologized, and looked into the situation.
