“Today was my first time at Red Wing. This place is on a different level from all other shoe stores. From customer service to the latest in foot measuring technology you can’t go wrong by shopping at Red Wing. My salesman Jonathan could have not been more helpful. He was not trying to sell me something just to get a sale. Jonathan took the time to fit me properly and make sure all was good with my purchase. I have never in my life walked out of a shoe/boot store with the feeling I left with today. These boots made my feet , legs and knees feel instantly better. Talk about a game changer it was money well spent. As a matter of fact they are still on as I write this review. I never took them off once they were on in the store. “Most exceptional employee with super customer service last night by Nicole, the evening manager! She helped us to locate the Mall entrance when we got lost; she stayed on the phone and guided to us to the correct mall door! Her smile and professional helpfulness was so "above and beyond". We found special wide light weight sneakers and a pair of slip- on casuals. She was quick to help and bring out a nice selection, help with proper fit and style advice. She was patient with my wife and I and very knowledgeable about the Skechers line of products. We were so happy when we left with our purchases from her contagious enthusiasm. We do not live near there but will definitely travel again to buy more Sketchers from her!”

So I can’t always get what I want, sometimes I have to switch up style just to get the right size @ the store! The site obvs you can get anything! “I just learned that Nike products are NOT included in any promos like the bogo deal. The woman that checked me out said nike wouldnt agree to send them shoes if they had to comply with the promos ?. So hopefully this is helpful to others to know before you go. ?

“WOW !!!!!!! I have been buying and wearing the same work shoes for about 15 years now . I often will have them re done when they start to wear out . I have had many companies all over do this service for me . I got my shoes back from Faherty's today and I was BLOWN away when I pulled them out of the bag!!!!! This repair / restore is by far the absolute best I have ever seen . They look as good as the day I first bought them!!!!If you need any kind of shoe repair/restore this is the ONLY place to go!!!Thank you”
“The sizing carried is not petite friendly, so the short girlies are not going to have many options. There's a large selection of grandma floral dresses of all kinds, not not many dresses in general. But every once in a while there's a gem in there for you so it's definitely worth a visit.”

“We looked up their hours, drove over, and as expected, they were open. As soon as we walked in, we were asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for, which we were. After a short consultation, several options were provided and tried on. No rush, plenty of time to walk around the store with the different pairs of shoes. Prices were fair for what they are, and went home happy. Tried the shoes out during a workout, and so far so good, protecting feet well. Happy with purchase.”
