Made an appointment online for 10:10. Upon arrival at 10:05, checked in using kiosk. There were about 10 people waiting in the waiting room. An hour later only one person had been taken back and three more people came in. One woman said she'd been waiting 90 minutes. There was apparently only one person working there; no reception or admin., just a technician. Ridiculous place. Go anywhere but here.

I am tired of these services that are automated with no access to a real person. Online booking is fine, if you have a computer savvy person doing it. The phone system could not recognize the last name of the person trying to make an appointment, no matter how hard they tried to state each letter clearly, with an associated word for clarity, as per the phone directions. Very frustrating experience. The bot hung up on them after a few tries. I would recommend finding a lab that has access to real people.

Arrived and checked in ten minutes early then sat and waited 45 minutes until seen. At least 3 staff members were present but no sense of urgency in trying to stay on schedule. A lot of private chatting and viewing personal cell phones for at least 10-15 minutes between each patient. Will choose another location when lab services are needed again.

I had made an online appt and on my way to the lab, I got a message that my appt was cancelled. I decided to go anyway. Not to the fault of the employees, they were locked out of the lab and we were told it would be about 30 minutes for someone to arrive with a key. We waited. When the key arrived, the two staff members were VERY quick to get up and operational and help those who were waiting, and I'll also state that it was refreshing to see such cooperation from the patients. Everyone took turns and we were all in and out rather quickly. I just want to give a positive shout out to the staff during my most recent trip. You did great!

Always fast, friendly, and effective at taking my blood. I never wait long and the employees are always nice and careful.

Horrible location. Say 40 minute wait currently waiting over 90 mins still have not been taken. No other customers are waiting. No one is at the front to ask questions or confirm they have what is needed for appointment. Horribly run location. Would not recommend unless you plan on waiting all day when they are not even that busy.

Horrible experience this morning. The first girl wouldn't acknowledge my question, which I had to ask 3 times before her attitude kicked in, which I immediately squashed and requested someone else to help me. The other girl was processing my prescriptions and kept yawning and burping loudly (I counted 5 times.). On one prescription, which was allergy tests and lengthy, she kept repeating that they were missing information and told me I need to have my physician correct the script. As for the other order, routine lab work from my PCP, the codes were not working and she didn't even bother finding a solution. After hearing her huff and puff about the scripts, I just said "forget it" and left. Never, never going back to Quest or this PSC. I recommend LabCorp, they know what they are doing.

Made early morning appointment online. Walked in and checked in at kiosk, called in less than 5 minutes. Scanned the script and insurance, blood drawn and walked out. Nurse was super amazing.

This center is terribly understaffed. Only one person is at the center attending to all the patients. They allow walk-ins but the estimated wait can be totally off. Not a good experience at all. I waited for two hours for fasting blood samples and still waiting. No communication, no text notification of extended wait time. They simply don’t care.

First of all making an appointment over the phone is such a painful process. The automatic voice system doesn’t make sense of half of the things you say to it. Made an appointment a few days ago for today. Drove over 15 mins to get there under the pouring rain. And i arrive to find this piece of paper attached to the front entrance. Not even a text message or call received to let the us know!! Does anyone care about their clients anymore??

Why even offer walk-ins if youre fully booked with appointments? Waited 1.5 hours to get blood taken. Understaffed/ zero communication. Place is trash.
