And deal with the disaster that is their pharmacy circuit. You'll appreciate this one a lot more.”

“I've got to say when it comes to CVS I'm always sceptical because they have some of the most arrogant pharmacists I've ever encountered. When I called this location in search of a specific medication that has been difficult to fill the pharmacist told me on the phone that she wouldn't necessarily fill it, that she would access the prescription and my meed for it and that she would only fill it at her discretion. I thought that was extremely unnecessary and very brazen for her implication that she would override the doctor's prescription if she felt like it. It totally rubbed me the wrong way and I went there fully expecting a problem and a combative pharmacist. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally fast service and the kindness of a woman named Nancy who was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The pharmacist did not question the prescription and it was filled effectively and cost significantly less than the medication I had to replace. So my lesson learned is not to base my opinion of an establishment based on one rude employee. The lecture I got on the phone was completely unnecessary but I took a chance and went there anyway and was treated very well by other employees. I want to also say that they run the most efficient CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. They were well staffed and safely dispensed prescriptions in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend this location in Newtown.”
