Tried to charge me three dollars for ups label for amazon shipping when they have a duty to provide label. Attempted to charge me after the package was packaged too. Won’t deal with that sort of thing.

I will admit, I never really knew all of the services that the parcel place offers, and I stumbled upon it by dropping off an Amazon return.You can drop off Amazon returns when you select UPS drop off (free)! The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful that after returning a few things there, and learning more about their services, this is now my one stop shop for so many things.Shredding, packing, shipping, purchasing boxes and packing material, private, mailboxes, customized items, like calendars, mugs, shirts, etc., stamps, business services for shipping, receiving, assembly, fulfillment, copying, Notary service and more.Highly recommend!

I try to support small and local, but this place borders on extortion! First they quoted me over $17 for small 6x9 padded envelope with a card in it via UPS. Then when I balked they said it would be over $7 to send it USPS. I went to the post office and it cost $1.50

Strongly recommend to take pictures of your labels GUYS so you can track them , drop at your own responsibility and for information they don’t take QR CODES

Poor customer service, no accountability for drop off (pre labeled) packages. They don't care and won't help with locating missing packages. Will never use again based on recent experience.

Nice people but seriously the policy against not giving receipts need to change. I agree with others, don’t ship items of expense there.

* I use them for business FED ex shipment. Easy can package 10 boxes ...just showed up and they shipped it and packaged it for me.
