I needed a painting packaged, not shipped, so It could be checked on a plane, everyone here was friendly and helpful. I want to thank, Corina, for finding the right size box and she did all the packing, she was amazing. I thought I'd have to come back later, but she took care of it right away. Thank you so much.

Went here to ship a plywood sign that weighs hardly anything. Charged me $170 to ship it Florida. Saw them pack it a huge box instead of a frame box and then proceeded to charge me $20 for bubble wrap. I guess this is what it’s like trying to start a small business. While the workers were nice I will be saying heck no to parcel place in the future. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Complete Scheisters! Go back to where you came from! We dont need people like you in our town. Went in looking to send an overnight envelope via Fed Ex or UPS. Person hands me a Fed Ex envelope asks for address and I stupidly give it, sealed the envelope. He then waits for the other customer to leave the store and gives me the price of a coach seat ticket on a major airline (over $200.00). He then informs me next day mail to the zip I was sending to was by an airplane as if I just fell off the train from Calcutta.. NO Kidding! I then ask price of 2 day and we are still in the upper $100's. This guy is a fraud. Took to post office and my son will have his letter tomorrow afternoon for $30.00, not the price of me buying an airplane seat to deliver it. Avoid this place at all costs unless you need to use them to drop off an Amazon return. Complete scam artists.

I have had two packages go missing after dropping them off here. They do not scan packages in and tell you to leave it on a table. Since it never gets scanned in and you cannot have a receipt you have no record it was dropped off once it gets lost or stolen.

This place survives by ridiculously over-charging local residents. Walked in to ship a tiny 10oz package to Canada and received quotes ranging from $140-$190 with delivery times ranging 3-5 business days!!! After scratching my head and leaving, I drove a couple blocks to USPS post office in Newtown and shipped it for $23. Arrived in Canada a week later. Highly recommend you deal with USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx directly and save yourself some serious money!

Tried to charge me three dollars for ups label for amazon shipping when they have a duty to provide label. Attempted to charge me after the package was packaged too. Won’t deal with that sort of thing.

I will admit, I never really knew all of the services that the parcel place offers, and I stumbled upon it by dropping off an Amazon return.You can drop off Amazon returns when you select UPS drop off (free)! The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful that after returning a few things there, and learning more about their services, this is now my one stop shop for so many things.Shredding, packing, shipping, purchasing boxes and packing material, private, mailboxes, customized items, like calendars, mugs, shirts, etc., stamps, business services for shipping, receiving, assembly, fulfillment, copying, Notary service and more.Highly recommend!

I try to support small and local, but this place borders on extortion! First they quoted me over $17 for small 6x9 padded envelope with a card in it via UPS. Then when I balked they said it would be over $7 to send it USPS. I went to the post office and it cost $1.50
