“For anyone deciding on which branch to go to for any questions or issues with their Verizon account, I highly recommend you go to this specific branch. I was helped by Steve, Breanna & Christina. They helped me transfer from Xfinity Mobile to Verizon seamlessly. They were kind and extremely patient as I asked tons of questions about my new account. “If I can give them more then 5 stars I would!!!!!! I went in yesterday to switch sim card customer service messed up my whole account and didn't want to correct it thanks for Alexis and quin they helped me get my bill back to where it was supposed to be. Customer service acted like they didn't do anything wrong and they did. I was there for two hours to fix my account and all that for a simple switch of a sim card . But like I said I absolutely love this place I've been a customer forever and will always be but customer service better get it together”
