Rented recently. Cleanest storage in the area. That was the main reason I rented here. Emrys was great too. He answered all my questions and made sure we got the best size for our needs.

Emrys was amazing. Explained everything in great detail. I visited other storage facilities and I went with Metro for how knowledgeable he was. He made me feel comfortable in my decision on choosing Metro Self storage.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Had the size unit I needed, it was clean and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend renting a unit from them.

Stopped by last week after looking around at several other storage areas prior to our move. By far the cleanest facility we saw and Emrys was so helpful answering all of our questions and was even able to answer all of our questions concerning the area! Thank you so much! We will be back.

Renting a storage unit at Metro storage in Newtown was the solution I needed when my daughter was transitioning from our home to an apartment. Rather then keeping all the furniture and household items she was collecting at my home and in our way… we now have a place to hold everything safely and separate. Emery was so nice to work with and helped me pick out the size unit I would need. The best news is I can rent this unit on a month to month basis!

Our experience with Metro and, specifically with Pat, has been great. I rarely leave reviews but that I am doing so speaks to how positive my experience has been. Pat has always been super patient and transparent. He's made recommendations that have helped us save money or time. I've read some bad reviews about Metro at other locations. So I have to imagine a lot depends on the on-site manager. If you are looking for peace of mind, I can say that I have that in our situation because of Pat.

I was extremely happy with my experience with the Newtown Metro Storage complex. We were moving and needed a place to store things for a few weeks. The manager Pat was the best. Very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. The experience was 5 stars.
