I rented a climate controlled unit to store my belongings over the summer while I got my home ready for move in. The facility is clean, easily accessible and Emrys is helpful and patient. Five stars all around, would recommend!

One of the best experiences I have had by far hands down!!! The manager, Emrys, went above and beyond standard customer service practices and really just took the extra step to make us feel right at home!!! So much so my family now rents storage as well!!
The facility is clean, well-maintained, and really is covieniently located.The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The fact that they have detailed security procedures and is safe is a definite bonus. I would recommend Metro Self Storage to anyone looking to store just about anything!

Rented recently. Cleanest storage in the area. That was the main reason I rented here. Emrys was great too. He answered all my questions and made sure we got the best size for our needs.

Emrys was amazing. Explained everything in great detail. I visited other storage facilities and I went with Metro for how knowledgeable he was. He made me feel comfortable in my decision on choosing Metro Self storage.
