Answered all my questions with his wealth of knowledgeI'm so tired of these oxygen companies who are placing you on hold for 20 minutes, not locating your order after all that.Do your homework before going with the company your doctor placed the order with. Look at their reviews. I've been on oxygen for some years now with 2 separate companies. The issues I've had could fill a book. You can pick a different company other that the one you were placed with and if you've read any of this, you'll do just that. The last machine they delivered to me didn't work right. They came out, looked at it, said it was fine. IT'S 17 YEARS OLD. My oxygen fell to 54. Vomiting occurred. How "fine" was this machine after I even spent 500 bucks on another battery.Wish I knew when they started me on oxygen what I know now. Don't make the same mistake. Get with a great company. This place surpasses anything I ever expected, extremely friendly and pleasant atmosphere, they always have my medication and have time and time again went above and beyond for me. My entire family goes there now because of how awesome they treat us”

“I had to help a relative upgrade their equipment. Since that relative was with another company before, the representatives I worked with didn't seem to realize that my relative was renewing their machine rather than starting off on their very first one ever. Initially, it was going to be a monthly rental where the deductible would have to come into play first, and the machine could not be purchased and reimbursed directly all at once first. However, under this particular insurance plan, it turns out there is a clause or so stating that future machines are covered. There is probably verbiage regarding the idea that my relative has to be continually and reasonably compliant with the machine he/she started with. Some companies would not do enough due diligence to fix or monitor these kind of errors. I suspect the company my relative was with prior would've overlooked this even though they were the ones who awarded my relative their first machine. I am grateful to have this company to help my family out.”
