Place really went down hill after LabCorp took it over. Wait times are horrible and it's so over crowded that there is no where to sit. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Labcorp is a great place for any lab work. The staff is friendly and so far taking blood has been a piece of cake. No complaints.

Came here for a blood work ordered by my doctor. One of the ladies here was not helpful at all. She humiliated me and said that it was a fake script when it was signed by my doctor. This woman yelled the top of her lungs saying my script was illegal. Man, how was asking for HCG test illegal?? Be careful coming here - she was not having a great day and took it on me.

Ended up here as a walk-in appointment after my scheduled appointment at another location didn't work out. Even as a walk-in at @9:30 in the morning, the nurse (Haley) was kind and prompt. I informed her I was there for the 3 hour glucose test, and she was very kind explaining what to expect as it is my first time. They also refrigerate the glucose drink, which for anyone who takes this test knows, that really helps you get it down without feeling nauseous. They also have a nice lounge to sit in for your 3 hour stay. I recommend this location to anyone who needs this test done.

I have very sensitive skin and blood phobia but every time I visit them they are so nice and taking the blood very quick unpainful way out of my body . That is why I drive here 45 minutes away from my home !

My husband and I both visited this lab for routine bloodwork on 2 separate occasions. I believe we had the same phlebotomist, because the experience was similar. I'm writing this because it seems like this person should be retrained. My arm was sore for 2 weeks, bruised with swelling. It hurt to straighten or bend. My husband's arm was bruised and hurt as well. It's a shame because our previous experiences were good here but we're hesitant to go back to this location.

Never ever had a long wait time. Technicians are professional, friendly and know what they are doing. Needles don't hurt...could not believe that I barely felt a thing with my blood test!! I scheduled an appointment time on line on their web page today for 11:15 but decided to do a walk-in at 8:10. Once I arrived, I logged my name into the iPad and was taken within 2 minutes of my sign in time. Fast, thorough, and easy as could be. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Just scratching my head over one thing...I just don't understand why there are no windows in this place and only one way in and out. If ever a fire or door blocked they are totally stuck...that part scares me.

Well, I always had an excellent experience at that place but last time wasn't good at all. Seems hired new people that are not med professional or not trained well. It took me a few trips (as personal was forgetful) to finally get the requested test kits, then one couldn't read a doctors script and was sending me back to call my dr but other lady a day before could, so, I insisted and they did find the right script, then, while a blood withdraw, made me a huge swelling bubble that melted into the half arm bruise... and it's not the end, my doc called me and told me that i have to remake one test as lost...!Next time will try other Labcorp.

Had an appt. 2/17/22 at 12:45pm. When I arrived at 12:45pm exactly, I checked in myself and sat down. No one was at the desks. After 10 minutes, I got up and looked in at the desk area again and again no one was there. Another 5 mintues and finally a employee showed up and called my name. It was now 1pm. I mentioned that I got concerned because I was out there for quite a while and her response was, well we were very busy in the back. I realize that they may have other responsibilies but do both of the employees need to be away from the desks? If someone needed help checking in, no one was available. Why allow for these appts. if you cannot get in at that time your scheduled for?
