I can't say enough great things about Indian Walk! They are always incredibly accommodating, managing to fit us in whenever my pup needs to be seen, even on short notice. I saw 2 different vets there and both have been wonderful—it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. They always go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of, and I love that they never push unnecessary services or treatments. My pup suffers from anxiety, so I used to see two different vets—one for house visits to minimize his stress, and Indian Walk for when the house vet couldn’t make it. As of our last visit, I’ve decided to move my pup fully to Indian Walk. They are so wonderful with him and make sure he’s comfortable and experiences no stress, so I no longer see the need for the house vet. I also really appreciate the follow-up calls the next day to check on how my pup is doing. This level of care and compassion is why I trust them fully with my pups health!
I highly recommend them!!!

My regular exotic vet was out until Tuesday, and every other vet in the area were out until Monday or crazy expensive. They managed to get me in the same day I called, and even when their fire alarms would not turn off and they had to close. Dr. Goldblum took care of my guinea pigs hay poke and eye ulcer. This was done out in their acupuncture porch so we would not hear the fire alarm that would not turn off blaring. I am super grateful to the entire staff at Indian Walk and could not recommend them more!!!. Cristina Duffey and Claus

I wish I could give Indian Walk Vets a negative rating! First and foremost they are 3 times more expensive than most other vets. They not out price gouge, but try to constantly sell you services that your pets don’t need. You can walk out with a basic check costing $500 due to all their add-ons. The vets themselves are also not friendly to my pets or me. With all the vets in Bucks County there is not reason to go here again. I have changed practices and I only wish I did sooner. Extortionate, dismissive and angry vet practice.

Very understanding and caring. They always work hard to get you a appointment in a timely manner. ??

My wife and I have been taking our dog Bilba to this vet for a few years now. I am not one to typically write reviews but this place is great. She is a reactive dog but they treat her very well and are accommodating to her needs. The staff are very understanding and supportive. I would recommend this vet to anyone. Thank you to the owner and staff!!!

They are the best and really care. I've taken them for cats and rats. Treated both kind of animals great.

The last 6 months of my dog's life, all they cared about was getting him in for things that cost a ton of money. And then when it was emergencies, they couldn't squeeze him in. After I had to get him put down somewhere else, I called and left a message about it and asked about donating his meds... no one ever called me back. No one ever called to see how we were. No sympathy card, nothing. The emergency vet and the compounding pharmacy both called multiple times to check on us and both sent a card. Then they were sending emails about pet photos.. it took me 3 emails and 3 phone calls to get them to stop sending those emails... ?

Fantastic Vet, clean, so friendly. I had to take my bearded dragon to the vet due to some husbandry issues and weak muscles. It's a great location, easy to find, and they have mastered the art of appointment flow. I didn't have a wait but the front ladies were so kind to hold my pet to use the facilities.
They also were extremely clean. The Vet tech was thorough and understanding. In fact, she was so great I mistook her for the Doctor. I believe we saw Dr. Goldbloom (I may have the wrong name). Doctor spent plenty of time. We got to discuss overall care, specific concerns and a full exam. It was an enjoyable process learning so much information for my lizard. Upon leaving I was given oral and written instructions. Within 2 days I noticed Lizard eating healthier and moving more. The Doctor has personally called me twice to check on follow up care. I'm so happy I made the decision to take our pet to the vet. Indian Walk is excellent and most importantly affordable and generous with knowledge. Best vet experience ever!!!!

Indian Walk is fantastic. They're clean, super friendly, accommodating and wide spectrum of animal care given (reptiles too!). Setting up initial appointment was easy and fast. There's a portal used for extended family communications. What I found most impressive was the time given. I arrived a tad early and was seen within 5mins. The vet tech was so thorough I thought it was the vet. Once the Doctor came in, we had a detailed conversation on specific pet care, and answered my 1Million questions. I was given oral & written instructions for a healthier reptile. I received 2 follow up calls within the week. I have had the most valuable vet experience ever and shockingly affordable!

I would give a minus rating if I could. We had three animals treated in this facility and with every one I had big questions. First one had an oral tumor which doctor offered to trim. The cost for a surgery not cheap, so I wasn't clear what good this procedure would do. The cancer would grow back twice as fast. Second one, we took in for regular visits and cat was vomiting often. They put him on thyroid medication, didn't adjust the dose. For more than a year cat was on the unneeded medication, which caused him liver problems to the point we almost lost him. They missed IBD diagnosis which cat had all clinical signs off. Then they offered to euthanize him. We took cat elsewhere where he was taken off the thyroid meds and placed on the appropriate treatment. Three months later, cat gained weight and doing so much better without them. Third one, I took a dog for removal of some small bumps all over the body and one was at the tip of the tail. I got the dog back with huge stitches across the body, still not clear why he had big stitches, instead of a few small ones. The tail one instead of taking off the tip of the tail, dr tried to remove the big bump at the end. Then didn't scheduled a recheck for such a difficult place sooner than a week. By the time the came for recheck end of the tail started necrosis. They still continued insisting it looks good, change wrapping put some plastic that damage tip of the tail even more. Dog ended up with the bone infection and had third of his tail removed. And then I asked them to evaluate him for pain and maybe prescribe a stronger pain killer they said, go where you removed it. Awful customer service, awful client treatment. I was sending pictures of the tail regularly and had to follow up multiple times for somebody to take a look at it. Charge 150dollars for bandage change. On top of it I've talked to my neighbors and quite a few had a bad experience with them. They have nice office, but charge higher than other offices and don't care for your animals. Stay away from them.

All of the staff take every step possible to provide a caring and positive experience for pets and families, in addition to being experts in the field who leave no stone unturned. Especially highly recommend for complex cases.

Dr Comings and associates are very warm , gentle, caring, and knowledgeable with the pets. Bailey is thankful for the care she gets from the staff at Indian Walk, and so am I! Dr Decker has joined Indian walk Veterinarian, she is awesome. Dr Decker is thorough, kind, patient, and a excellent Vet. I am so happy she joined this Veterinarian practice. She even calls a couple days after any visit to see how your pet is doing. I am so pleased with the way she handles her furry patients. Thank you for joining the practice Dr Decker!
