Called to make an appointment twice before, and yet to receive a call back. Usually I give 3 strikes and you're out but I just went ahead and found another lcs/bullion dealer to work with. One of which allows walk-ins, and the other which answered my call right away.. If you are selective about your customers that's fine, I have been studying silver stacking, and coin collecting for quite a bit now and know how some coin shops run. However due to the lack of receiving any call back on my behalf and other with other shops around, I'm happy to take my money and invest it in precious metals elsewhere. Don't wish no ill will on this shop or anything just hope you guys do better in getting back to your local customers in the future.

I have been here numerous times and always felt this family business was very respectful and kind to work with. They give fair prices on coins which is what I have mainly taken there.

just left store. I dont have the wrong store. I used to stop in often and buy silver coins here and there. I just showed up, the younger guy told me he won't take me without appointment, then let me in. kept aggressively asking what I want and how much. I said well some one oz coins, maybe some bars , and a kilo if they have it. he kept saying how much ,how much. he told me he didn't have time if I wasn't sure exactly sure how much, place an order online come back later. I said I have a pocket full of hundreds. he told me to come back another time. there was no one in the store.
I understand there's covid and restrictions, but I felt rushed and pushed out the door.
this is what I get for trying to support local business. just order from jm bullion or somewhere online and don't bother.

sold coins and jewelry here a few times that I inherited from family. They always gave me a fair price. No matter if it was coins, old jewlery. Stamps long ago or my wife's ex engagement ring I was always offered a fair price by Amber, Ed and Big Ed.Class people who been in the game for years at many different locations. Your one stop shop to sell or buy. Hipps can get their hands on anything u need.

A family of con men. The father bid me one price for my coins tied to spot gold, and when I tried to sell them the son low balled me. A classic bait and switch, these swindlers are to be avoided at all costs.

I visited this establishment with an appointment today. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to explain to me about the purchases that I was going to make. His prices were fair and I felt that I received a good deal. I will be bringing my business to this establishment in the near future.

Gold and Silver sellers BEAWARE especially amateurs. Owner gets angry when you turn down his LOW BALL QUOTES. Owner wants to pay you nothing for your good gold. Trust me there are better prices out there. He is very dishonest and RUDE!!! He is nice at first and then when you don’t like his price, it’s over. SHOP AROUND, you will be glad if you did!! Just an honest review not angry. Surprised by owner’s unprofessional ways.
