If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor; instead of going to this place, walk a few stores down and go into the deli at Acme. You’ll probably get a better haircut there!! My hair looks like it was cut by a blind person. Unfortunately, I couldn’t tell how bad it was while it was still wet when I left. Once it dries, the damage was clear! This is/was BY FAR the worst haircut I have ever gotten. Sides are different lengths, entire sections were missed on the back of my head, there is a “chunk” missing on the attempted fade on the left side….and I could go on forever. Seriously, stay far away from this place. Awful, awful, awful. Simply awful.

First of all i brought my daughter here coz it was Sunday and our all time favorite is closed on Sundays. I thought we need a simple haircut, what can go wrong, well it definitely went wrong!!
The length is off! Lines uneven. She was extremely slow and i felt she didn't even know what she was doing. She asked my daughter to be standing and she was cutting that way. She could read my dissatisfaction on my face. I could have done better!
Another thing, i could not sit even one of the empty chairs(there was 9empty) hairs everywhere , it was disgusting.
We paid extra for blow dry and her hair was half wet when we left. She was holding scissors and brush and doing a haircut like it was for the
first time.
I will not be returning there even if it's an emergency!!!!

I can't stand my hair! The so called stylist never introduced herself, she barely said two words to me(she talked to her colleagues) and she didn't cut or style my hair anything close to what I asked her to do.

Natalie did such a great job on my son’s hair! He has terrible cowlicks in his hair. She took her time and blended it better than anyone ever has. She was also super friendly and chatted with him about his interests.

Booked appointment over a week in advance with Carla to get my hair cut and blown out for an affair. I waited 45 minutes and walked out after repeatedly trying to flag down staff to get information on how much longer it would be. I am so disappointed. Do not go here.

I walked in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 2 stylists ignored us. If there wasn't availability for a walk-in, I would have been happy to schedule for another time. Not being greeted or acknowledged is unacceptable. We will take our business elsewhere.

I had booked a cut and color with Russ. After explaining the color and showing Russ a photo he cut the back and then said he would finish after the color was applied. I have to admit because of the amount of questions I was loosing confidence. In the end the color turned out great but then the cut turned challenging. Luz, a stylist on the next station said she had experience with Pixie cuts and quickly finished the job. I just wanted to say thank you so much to Luz who saved the day and did a fantastic job with the cut.

Not even close to what I explained and wanted. At the very least I wanted face framing highlights due to wearing hair up. I could have lived with it if both sides of my head were the same, but completely different. When I stopped in to say I atleast wanted the face highlights (one side was missing them, other could bearly see) I had an appointment with the manager.Worst part, the girl who did my hair, (little experience and could not provide any kind of painting, just highlights) called me back and denied me coming in the finish the job or correct it. I went from completely blonde with roots to completely dark with minimal highlights that aren't even light enough. So discouraged and still have to go get it done somewhere and corrected??
