Great agency - very customer focused. We worked with Greg’s team when we originally moved to PA in 2011, and then again when we moved back to PA in 2022. Though some ten members have changed since 2011, the agency’s commitment to customer service and client satisfaction has not! We have relied on the agency for auto, home, and boat insurance, and also use the connected business for all our tags and title needs.

I have called Kramer agency several times, and have always had any issue taken care of wonderfully!! This included times that I’ve had to call either about our home for about our car!! Thank you, Kramer agency!!

Gregory Kramer’s Allstate Insurance Agency had all I needed for my insurance needs. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. My agent, Sheryl Heierbacher, is all I could ask for in an insurance agent. She heard my insurance needs and offered exactly what I needed. Congrats goes to Gregory for staffing quality folks.
