If I could offer negative stars, I would… Vehicle has been solid- but that’s a credit to Ford, not the jokers at Fred Beans. We have at least 10 calls in about a title issue and have spoken to pretty much everyone but Fred himself, all assuring they’d look into/resolve it. Zero phone calls back, and 9 lies later- still in the same situation. They’ve blamed the bank, PennDot, the pandemic, and even Mother Theresa (ok- they didn’t go that far) on the delay.
The team at Fred Beans made a paperwork mistake a while ago- forgivable, yes, but also questionable because it’s a BIG mistake. Get it right the first time… We’ve been patient, understanding, and (now, I realize, gullible) to expect action.
You can buy cars anywhere... If you’re looking to go on long journey of deception and lip service, buy a vehicle from Fred Beans and enjoy the ride!

If I could give a 0 I would. Truck was in and out of shop 3 times before problem was solved. The last time it was in the shop, it was there for 3 months with no updates, I had to continually call. When I finally got the truck back the bumper was all scratched up, trim hanging off and grease everywhere. Fred beans is garbage, don’t ever take your vehicle there.

Great job. I had my cam phasers fixed. The service department was very accommodating and communicated with me before and after.

Always have done business at Bill Marsh since the 90's. Still checking out the new management and ownership. Went in for a tune-up (plugs, wires, rotor and a few things) they told me 15 other things that they asked if I wanted to get done. I asked to save the Plugs and bad parts they took off the car. I guess they either forgot or just didn't care. If you have a money your getting Ford mechanics and back ground. You're paying what you expect.

Update:
After 3+ years as a loyal customer I learned 2 things:
1) Don't trust the service department.
2) Don't trust Ford.

Great experience! Kyle, my advisor was fantastic. He kept me updated on my car, I dropped my car off the night before for service and my car was done very fast. Will definitely be returning.

I bought my 2018 from Brett Rovny one of the sales associates, I must say one of the best buying experiences I’ve had a a car dealership. Brett was super knowledgeable and highly informative on aspects of the vehicle and all the extras the dealership offers. The financial paperwork was just as efficient as the test drive pat had everything ready to go sharp and on point to get me in and out. Highly recommend going to these guys for your next vehicle purchase
