“I have in the last year transferred all my business banking to Inspire FCU and have received notice but Top Notch service from my banking account rep Ashley Poller SVP, Community Banking. We recently had an issue with our credit card merchant and funds not being sent to our account for 3 months. Ashley helped us find the discrepancy and recover all our funds from the merchant. Not only this but I NEVER have to talk to a Robot or “press 1 for English, press 2 for……..)”I highly recommend Inspire FCU for your banking needs.”
“I have been banking here for well over 25 years. I mostly go to the New Hope Branch but have been to others and never had a bad experience. The Bank itself should never be based on one bad employee. When other Banks were having issues I knew this Bank was the best place for my money and business. I love all the employees and feel they have always had my best interest at heart! “I'm always a pain in the rear when it comes to banking. Td generally is pretty solid,however the newtown branch staff is always very helpful to me. My wallet was stolen last month,and the manager got me a new card in a few minutes,all while dealing with dramatic nonsense lol.”

The associates are are super friendly and are always willing to help. If they need help they ask, unlike some reviewers, I see that as a plus, not a negative.
