It's a pleasure to shop here. Wonderful, helpful, kind staff and the selection of clothing can't be beat. Great way to reuse, reduce, recycle. Quality goods.

D0 yourself a favor & DO NOT offer your business to this resale shop in Newtown, PA. I have been a customer of this shop since it first opened several years ago helping the business to become established & grow. I made an appointment with an employee of the shop to bring in specifically small sized dresses & skirts which she said were needed. I washed & ironed them, put them on hangers & brought them to the shop. I was informed that the owner was on vacation, & since the shop was busy, the employee asked if she could look at them at at a later time. Of course I agreed. A few days later I received a text stating that they were not accepting any of my clothing & should pick them as soon as possible. A couple of days later I received a phone call by the Owner immediately & falsely accusing me of “dropping a pile of clothes off a pile of clothes without an appointment”. I explained what occurred in her absence, but received no apology whatsoever. Her only response was that she had been away. I became upset & explained she should’ve gotten her story straight before making personal accusations. I was then told to pick up all my clothes she had in the shop. Customers should always be valued and at no time subjected to the disrespect & mistreatment shown repeatedly by this owner. The employees should run the business as they are much more personable & most in tune with fashion.

How can this awesome shop not have any reviews? I visited in late Oct-22 and had a fabulous experience. You can clearly tell that the owner takes care in curating the items for this store. There are a lot of high end items, but also items for the average thrifter that are just looking for a particular piece or something unique. The staff is very helpful and is happy to put you on a call list if you are looking for something in particular. I see myself popping in weekly to see what's new and I hope to get a call that they have found what I am looking for. I support the stores mission of ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’ and I hope you will too.
