This is my second time dropping in and both times were great, if we lived in the area this would be our gym. Smaller space but really well set up with great coaches and well maintained equipment. Welcoming community, if you are looking for a CrossFit box this one is worth checking out.

This was an excellent first CrossFit experience! Carrie was extremely helpful and patient while teaching me the movements. I would definitely recommend her and CrossFit Newtown to anyone looking to get started with these kinds of workouts.
