This review is LONG overdue. After months of looking, my fiancé and I finally purchased a house in Lambertville and I owe it to our realtor, Tara DiBianca from Coldwell Banker Hearthside Realtors, to tell everyone about how wonderful of a human being she is. Gosh, I don’t even know how many houses she showed us! Anytime a house popped up, she had us scheduled the next day or two and took her time walking us through the house and never made us feel pressured.
Tara was never afraid to go into small dirty crawl spaces/basements to make sure everything checked out. If we had any questions about a house, she was never shy about calling and getting an answer right then and there. The market is absurd and you really have to move quickly with making decisions.
We were outbid on a few houses, even with way above asking offers which was extremely frustrating and emotionally draining. I was honest with her about how I was feeling and she was so supportive and understanding and always just a text away to brighten me up.
We finally found a fantastic starter home in November and paid 20k UNDER asking which is unheard of in this area! Tara was phenomenal with putting together the best offers. I am so so grateful that we met each other and that we remain great friends ?
If you are looking for a realtor, I promise you will not be disappointed working with Tara. She is so lovely and I’m so grateful we met!!

Diane Rodgers was hugely helpful as we worked to buy a house from the other side of the country. Her attention to detail and her terrific communication kept us in the loop and on track every step of the way. She knows all of the local resources, inspectors, etc, and knows the best folks to work with. She was also helpful in communication with the buyer's agent after the sale when transferring system things like Ring, Nest, etc. I would absolutely recommend Diane to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Thomas Flinn and Allen are truly the best agents out there and went above and beyond my expectations of helping us secure a home. From the prompt and constant communication to professionalism of showing up to all the open houses on time and trying his best to help give us the best chance for our offers to be accepted. He must have shown us 100+ homes in the span of 2 years and wrote multiple offers for us that were rejected but never gave up on us.
His genuine enthusiasm and positivity no matter how many homes we went and saw was very much appreciated and very rare to find. I will highly recommend people to Thomas and will always use Thomas to buy future properties. Thanks to Thomas and his persistence we eventually found our current home.
