So the corner panels on my X5 seemed to attract the garage door frame and a dumpster. I just took a couple of photos posted them on the CARSTAR website and bingo a couple of days later a reasonable quote. Took just a phone call to schedule. I needed a rental, there's a convenient AUTORENT franchise right there, Patrick is awesome and attentive. Dina at CARSTAR kept me upto and and hustled the car thru to meet my schedule. She even made sure that some scratches got the right attention. I'll be back.

I've never seen worse work ethic on both the car star and Fred beans side anywhere in my life. To say I'm dissatisfied with how everything was handled is a drastic understatement. Not once but twice they told me my car would be ready for pick up on two consecutive Fridays and was not. For minimal damage to my car and to replace keys it took well over a month. In fact I wouldn't have had keys if I had not done my own due diligence and found a locksmith right away to handle it same day. Interesting how I was able to find one in 5 minutes and they took two weeks and told me it would take another week to find one. It would've been way less time and money just to buy a whole new car after that as well as rental car charges I needed while not having my vehicle. I unfortunately realized this place had a 1 star rating too late, but I can easily see they live up to this reputation. Never take your car here, and I'll be sure to look anywhere else as well in the future. At least the car was finally fixed and returned.

I had an encounter with a deer and took my car to fix here. Not only they didn't fix everything after 2 weeks of having the car, they made a hole in the front bumper that they are denying! When I tried to lodge a complaint with the manager, he started accusing me of lying and yelling how I spoiled his day. STAY AWAY!

My wife's car went in for minor repair damage repair to a fender bender, car came back with scratches and overspray paint of another color on it. Staff tried to rush her out without even walking over the completed work, and had the nerve to ask for a perfect review. They should lose their insurance preferential status as they allow that to keep putting out poor service and not make them do honest and quality work

I scheduled an appointment for 5:15PM today, the girl I spoke to informed me they start closing up at 5:30, so I tried to be on time. I get there and there is no one in the office to help me. Making my appointment even later. I was just looking to get an estimate on my car and they don't actually close until 6pm. I stayed there for about 10 minutes and then left. I'll be going elsewhere.

Went to Carstar (in Langhorne) for state inspection and emissions for the first time. Joe Rivellis made my experience great! Was in and out in about a half hour. Would definitely go back again!
