CARSTAR did a great job repairing a long scratch along the passengers side door in 2022. of our Honda CRV. A chrome strip along the passengers side window subsequently became loose. I stopped in the office at CARSTAR to ask if they could take a look at the chrome strip. Anna Reif, General Manager of the Newtown CARSTAR office, took a look at it and rectified the problem as a courtesy. Very impressed with the great customer service!

Overall, Great experience. Happy with the job. Staff was friendly and kept me updated. The only negative was the 3% charge, if using a credit card, which I was unaware of until it was time to pay.

This is my second time that I’ve used them; great customer service. I would like to personally thank Kim and Darryl for being very kind and constantly updating me with information about what was going on with my car. I highly recommend them. We’ll use them again in the future.
