I was in need of a new phone but was very skeptical as I didn't want to be "snookered" by a high pressure sales associate. I was so fortunate to have gotten John at the Newton Square store. He was so very kind and listened to my concerns and needs. He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, listened to all that I had to say. He answered every question I had. He made me feel that I was his only concern....until our transaction was complete.
So, if you are in need of a new phone, or if you just have questions, run, don't walk, and ask for John. You won't be disappointed.

Do not go to this store. When you upgrade your phone and ask how much it will cost, they do not give you an answer. But when you return your old phone, they only give you $90. It's a complete scam. I no longer trust Verizon at all. I will switch all my internet and phone services away from Verizon.

I just upgraded my iPhone 11 to the new 15 Pro! (I am very slow to change to new technology. I actually dread change.)Having stalled long enough I went to the Verizon store today. When I walked in I was greeted by the friendly face of John Rosato. I explained my concerns. From the moment we spoke he put me at ease. He made the transition so easy! He studied my account and advised me on my best options. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and how long it would take. He not only set up my phone he also took the time to make sure it connected to my car as well.This was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had ! He made a stressful situation for me not only easy, but stress free and fun! It’s been less than 2 hours and I’ve already advised my daughter and husband to go see him!!!!!

We recently opened a Verizon account at the Newtown Square Verizon store. Our sales consultant was Sam McDonald. He was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Sam and the team at this store. They were terrific!

Had an incredibly wonderful experience at this Verizon store in Newtown Square - Cellular Salesperson John was not only pleasant to deal with and incredibly helpful, but it's so great to see a Verizon employee who CARES about the customer - their overall experience as well as working to get the customer the BEST deal possible. Verizon should consider putting him in charge of its entire Verizon FIOS (forget just cellular) customer service wing... John could save them a ton of Comcast transfers!!

I was in Verizon and had John Tripp help me. He is the BEST customer service rep I have EVER had. Knowledgeable, patient and polite. Give him a raise or bonus. He earned it. S. Hocking
