Tierney was the best service rep at UPS I ever had. She figured out a cost effective way to ship my product in a timely manner. I went in with a different idea. I followed her suggestion. She actually took the time to help! Rare these days! Thank you Tierney. Suzy L

2nd time I've been in the Newtown Square store where staff is rude. Didn't post anything the first time because I thought it's a one off. Today - the girl would not speak to me, would not make eye contact with me and I tried to get her to look me in the eye. She would not- strange. I did take 30-40 seconds to pull up my Amazon return label so maybe I made her angry due to my delay (I was the only one in the storeage at that time- no line). As I was leaving she dropped the pack on the counter...it made a very loud noice. Package clearly labeled fragile (glass mirror). Newtown Square FED EX...so friendly, helpful...they look at you and speak to you. If you need UPS go to Media....it's so much better.

This store is so accommodating, especially Dan. He is more than helpful. He helped me with a sticky business situation, and all of the printing is on point. This staff is excellent and I can’t say enough I highly recommend!

This store was so efficient. For customer packed or no box no label I’m quickly out with a smile on my face. The Amazon return process was so easy. Great staff. Funny too!

I would give ZERO stars if this was an option. This location has the rudest most unhelpful employees I have ever come across. They do not honor Amazon's return policies and procedures. Do not go here. Waste of time and not worth the aggravation.Update: see the OWNER'S response below! Unbelievable. Bad customer service comes from the top. Consumer beware.

Stan and Tierney in the Newtown Square PA location store are amazing. They helped me so very much. I couldn't get my return label printed or figure out how to get it off my phone. They walked me through it every step. Was able to print the label in the store and they took care of my package. You have two very competent, friendly, professional employees in them. Please make sure they get a raise, bonus or some kind of appreciation. Sometimes they deal with some customers who are not as nice to them all day long. Thank you! This location goes above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and fast. I look forward to every opportunity. I have to go into this store Dan is usually at the front. He is amazingly helpful a genius of the UPS store, as he always remembers who I am and all the things that I mean I never need to ask anything as he already has it all taken care of. I am so glad the UPS store decided to hire them as one of the employees I came here one time, annoyed at the post office a few years ago and I would never go anywhere else but here ever since them not only is it an amazing location with amazing staff I must admit the attentiveness and all the knowledge that Dan has makes it far worth the trip. I drive an extra 20 minutes just to get to this location because I feel that it's worth it. Congratulations UPS store on finding such an amazing employee. My only regret is, I don't have more things to mail more often.Ten star location one
