“Charles was the best help when I got a flat tire on the way to the airport. He said he would be there in thirty minutes and he showed up in less than five. He skipped picking up his lunch and getting gas because I mentioned feeling scared sitting on the side of 95 with cars flying by so close to my car. I was actually terrified for him as he hooked the car up to the truck. Charles was great company on the way to have my tire replaced as we talked about his love for his children and family. Sometimes you just have bad days, but if you find yourself needing help, this is definitely where you should get it. Not only did Charles come quicker to pick me up, he helped another car put air in a tire at a gas station because he noticed they looked a little confused. Thank you for adding good to this world Charles!”

“My back window was broken into and my wallet stolen at a playground. That experience was traumatic for my daughter, and left us so stressed and upset. Insurance tried to refer me to a closer place, but after doing our research my husband and I decided to drive a little further to Concord auto body to get my car fixed. It had great reviews, and my father used them before as well and had a great experience. They turned what was a horrible encounter with a criminal, into making me believe in humanity again. They detailed the car after, and it looked so good I wanted to cry. They even took time to add some screws I was missing on my license plate. So much attention to detail! I wanted a Subaru outback for over half my life and to have it broken into was devastating, but I am SO grateful we chose Concord auto body! Phenomenal job and customer service skills. We will be telling everyone about you guys! You truly are the best. THANK YOU!”

Last spring I took my car here because it was shaking and rattling and I didn’t know what was wrong. These guys diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it quickly, and even told me what I could do the avoid the problem in the future. They also gave me a good price. That’s what I want in a mechanic. Know your stuff, don’t try to rob me, and make me want to come back!

“Absolute life-saver! Ed “Sparky” Forde came out at 12:45am to tow my EV to a charging station. I was incredibly stressed about being alone with a dead battery in the middle of the night (in the rain, no less), and AAA couldn’t send anyone until 5am. I couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more professional or more capable person - from pickup to troubleshooting the logistics of getting a dead EV in the right position so that the charging cable actually reached the port (again, in the rain!), I couldn’t have been in better hands. He even waited with me to make sure the car was charging properly. I can only say wonderful things about this experience and can’t recommend this company highly enough!”
