If I could give negative stars i would. I filed a complaint - that's how bad it was. My phone contents were being transferred, they acted like they were doing me a huge favor and I was told it "this is a courtesy," after I was told to come there to do so after my new phone came in the mail. I was the only customer in the store for an hour! I was YELLED at by the manager because I walked in and out of the store 5 times to make calls on my work phone. They have no reception in the store and would not give me the WiFi info. There was nowhere to sit because all the employees were taking up the only chairs in the store- I was not even offered a seat.. He tells me "YOu can't walk in and out of the store 5 times because we have a tracer and it looks like more customers are coming in the store, and we get dinged." I was shocked. He yelled at me like I was a criminal. I've been a tmobile customer for over 20 years and I was horrified I was treated this way.

I was promised a promotion that would keep my bill the same after paying $70 for 3 watches. They charged me $100 more on my next bill after I paid the $70. I attempted to bring the watches back, and they credited me for $100 and said I didn't need to return them. The manager said all future bills would be as promised. Now, I am charged $48 more. I called the store, and the manager said to call 611. They said they couldn't do anything about it but have the store manager extend the return. This is not at all what the manager offered me. I can't return 1 of the watches because it was a gift. How do I contact the store owner?

I was offered a special promotion for watches at no extra charge to my monthly bill after the initial $70. I was charged $100 in addition to the $70 to my next bill. I attempted to bring the watches back. They insisted that this was not necessary. They credited me for the $100 and assured me my bills would be the same as it was before buying the watches moving forward. My current bill is $48 more. I called the manager, who is the person whom I dealt with throughout this purchase. She said to call customer service. They said that they could do nothing. I would have to return the 2 of the watches to get close to my original bill. The 3rd watch was given to my son as a gift, and I can not take back a gift. I am afraid I if I return the watches, I will still be charged as they have not been trustworthy. Still,I should be given what I was told the promotion promised and not have to return the watches. Check out the reviews on the Newtown Square store's website. Others have had similar experiences with this so-called promotion and lack of professionalism with the staff. Any advice is welcomed. From what I've read, it is best to leave Google and Yelp reviews to hear from the store owner.

I feel bad about this review but the simple fact is , I thought ATnT was better n I feel T-Mobile are only out for sales not customer service. They are knowledgeable but to get where you want to go, you better have a dental license because you’ll be pulling teeth.

Had a very unfortunate experience at this store over the course of 3 visits. Went in the first day to upgrade one of my devices. The employee said they had a promotion where they were giving free Apple watches with new iPhones, but if we didn't want to use it and didn't activate it ourselves we would not be charged anything. Turns out we were charged 2 activation fees for it for $70, were being charged the monthly service, and a monthly protection plan subscription was being applied. The employee also sold us a separate charging cable without telling us (an overpriced USB-c that I would have said no to if I knew.) Went in the next day to rectify what I could. The employees that day said these things could only be fixed by the manager and there was nothing they could do. They did however look up the account and noticed that the protection plan was not properly applied to any device, so we were being charged for absolutely nothing. Went back to the store a third time to have the manager fix some of these things. The manager said we were still going to be charged this month for the Apple watch line and protection plan even though we never asked for them. She also said I had to call T-Mobile next month to see if the Apple Watch line was actually being removed, so at the moment of writing this I don't know if the issue is even resolved.

Never in my life have I encountered worse customer service in any store, especially Tmobile. The two young men who were working there were aloof, disengaged, lacking in expertise and behaved as if they were doing me a favor to help me when it is their job to do so and to do it with elegance. Not only this, but they humiliated me in front of my 6 year daughter by asking us to leave the store after I told them that I if I do purchase a new phone, I may have to return it if I manage to find the old one that I lost today within 2 weeks of purchase (which is within my buyer rights for Tmoble). They claimed, FALSELY, that doing so is against store policy; but as I found out from another T-mobile representative, who was kind and honest, CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED to return phones within 14 days as long as they pay a restock fee. Also it's worth noting that this store has a bad reputation, as even other representatives working at another store I went to said that they hear lots of complaints. This is unacceptable.

I went to Newtown Square's T-Mobile today to get a new phone. I was really worried, because I haven't always had good experiences buying phones in the past. But an employee named Dianelys was working today, and they were AMAZING. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly... Probably the best experience I have ever had buying a new phone. They made it absolutely painless.

They close earlier than they supposed to, the store schedule says that the store is open until 8pm. They were inside with door open way before 8pm

Blair and Delvin are great. They are both friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. It is a real pleasure to walk into their store and be treated so kindly. Keep up the good work gentlemen.
