Very accommodating dealership, Friday 8/16 I picked up a lightly used 2023 1500 high country Duramax, Steve was the one to help me out and was great to deal with. Could not be happier with the truck and the price it was listed at! If they have a car you want pick up your phone a call , ask for Steve.

Hill Buick had the Envista we wanted. John our salesman stayed intouch as the car was in transit. Excellent dealership. Was worth the 1 1/2 ride.

Went in for a service appointment Friday 8/1, first time visiting, I had a complementary oil change and a recall issue to get fixed. Went in and met with an older man named Travis, he wasn’t very friendly but I didn’t read much into it, just thought he had a grumpy personality, not a big deal. He checked my appointment, went to my vehicle, I guess to get the miles - during that time a younger man came by, named Jeremy, very pleasant and super helpful, he assisted with the details on the computer - when Travis returned he asked me to sign some paperwork and I asked him if he could explain what the recall was and I also told him about a break issue I had. He explained it well enough and I appreciated it. I then asked if I could get a loaner car because I wanted to head back for work, he pretty much said no immediately but Jeremy chimed in and told him to check the inventory to confirm so he went ahead to check. During that time Jeremy also mentioned a shuttle, but explained it would be easier to drop me off than pick me up. I told him I didn’t mind at all I just wanted to head back home for work (WFH Friday). Anyway Jeremy left and Travis came back to tell me there was no cars available. So I mentioned the shuttle and he said the guy was out getting parts so that won’t work. My first thought was damn everything I ask the man it’s a “no” or something negative. Came across as combative and very abrasive. Anyway I asked him how long it would take, he said they service the cars for people who stay with the vehicle faster than they do for the ones who leave. So I asked how long then if I stayed, and he said 1.5 hours (I got there around 8:30 am). I figured if I waited I would be leaving before 10:30. I told him I would stay and wait then. He then wrote URGENT in red on the paperwork, so I figured ok cool I’ll be out of here in no time. I headed to the waiting area. When I got there 2 women were seated waiting; 1 woman came in the same time I did and a few people came in afterwards - some picked up there vehicle from the day before and others for same day service. The TV was on so I distracted myself with it and my phone. Eventually I looked around me and I was the only person in the waiting area and it was now after 11am. Obviously I’m annoyed at this point. Jeremy walked by the waiting area to speak to another woman that came after me about her vehicle, so I stopped him and asked if he could find out what the status of my car was. I called my sister afterwards and vented to her about being there so long - I would have preferred to just take an Uber and then pick up afterwork, but Travis said it would only be 1.5 hour and convinced me to wait. A few minutes after I spoke with Jeremy, Travis brought my keys. He never stopped by to update me, he wasn’t very friendly and the receptionist too was not pleasant at all. Yes this was a complementary oil service for a new car owner, but what about all the future paid services the car will need??? You’d try to make good impressions on new clients because you want their future business. It’s frustrating when there are so many options out there and a customer chooses to patronize your establishment, at minimum have decent customer service. That’s my frustration and my reason for the 2 stars. I don’t think I’ll be back. Maybe if I get to work with Jeremy. Also I noticed on my way back my door joint was no longer even with the dashboard joint. I don’t know what to even say about that.

Steve Wadlin is the best, he is the reason we went back to him to purchase another vehicle.

Whether it is sales or service, I am always satisfied with the services provided. I am now on my third vehicle from Hill and will definitely be back when it is time for another.

The service at this dealership will keep me from buying a Buick in the future.
Its simply not worth the hassle of either dealing with this dealership's service department or traveling the extra distance to Faulkner in West Chester.
I needed some factory installed equipment which was under warranty fixed and a state inspection. I drove away with the problem unfixed, still needing an inspection and $100 lighter.
The reason cited for not passing inspection was tire tread too low. When I told the service manager I measured the tires before bringing it in and they were due for replacement soon but above the limit, the story changed to gross sidewall damage. Ok - that's a bit of a strange shift but misunderstandings happen. I also personally inspected them the day before bringing it in but I admit I didnt look at the inside sidewalls.
When asking about tires, I was told they couldn't get them until next week and they would need to keep the car, which was simply not an acceptable time frame for me, so I told them I would pick it up that day and I'd check out the sidewall damage before driving away. Thats when the problem with the tires changed again - dry rot. No they weren't, I just checked them 2 days ago! Service manager wouldn't budge, so I picked up the car, original problem that they told me was fixed still there.
The tires passed inspection at a tire place days later (who actually had replacement tires in stock that they could have sold me too).
Why did this have to be so difficult? If you want to make money selling tires, have them in stock, but you also shouldn't have to make up reasons to sell them.
I'm happy with my Buick, and I am a long time GM fan, with about 3/4 of the cars I've owned being GM, but with this kind of service, I am super reluctant to double down on Buick

We purchased a new vehicle here from Dave Crawford and our experience could not have gone better. Dave was fast in his communication and had great and helpful answers to all our questions and was patient and kind throughout. We feel like he was going the extra mile for us from Day 1. We are so pleased with him and this dealership. I recommend to anyone to stop in here first and don't waste your time elsewhere.

We drove 2hrs for a vehicle we found online. We had an awesome experience. Everyone there was very pleasant and worked really hard so we could leave with the vehicle we fell in love with. The office was very clean and comfortable. They were very good at entertaining the kids while we filled out the paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
