Newtown Square Veterinary Hospital treats me and my two Yorkies Marcel & Miso like family. My boys love coming here and getting attention from all of the staff. They are knowledgeable, informative, and true animal lovers. The wait is never bad. We always get seen on time. The rooms are always clean and pretty spacious. My questions and concerns are always answered carefully and throughly. My pets never return fearful because they are so gentle with them. They quickly get records over to me when I need to send them to other places. They are slightly more expensive than others in the area but the quality of care is unmatched! I’m lucky they are so close to me because finding a good vet can be a nightmare. Having them on my side makes me a much better pet owner.

Love Newtown square vet. I have been coming here since they opened with all of my pets. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who will never let you down.

Very friendly staff that clearly are all animal lovers! In addition, all are very knowledgeable making appropriate and conservative decisions about the next step in the care of your animal. If there is something that they cannot do on site they have a backup plan to be able to get your animal the care that he or she needs in a timely manner. All are great about educating the care giver of the animals that they have seen.

Very friendly staff. Dr Harwood is great with my dog who can be unruly at times. Never had a problem obtaining any thing I might need.

My doggos always love coming to see everyone in the office. The doctors are listen with care and always give affection to the dogs.

I have had many pets in my lifetime and seen a handful of vets. This place by far has the most professionalism as well as the most tender love and care that any animal and pet parent can receive.
If you are in anyway not blown away by your vet, try newtown square… they will treat you and your pet in the best way possible. Both my cat and dog love it there. I say “wanna go to the vet!?” And my dog jumps in the car to go. My cat felt so comfortable in their cat only room that they purred while getting blood work taken. My pets may be special in that regard, but our own pets are always special to us. 10/10 recommend to anyone with a pet!

Everyone is SO caring and patient with my kitty, Bleue, every time she comes in. I not only feel like she is getting high quality medical care but also EMPATHETIC and NURTURING care!!!! I always feel so bad that she is so skittish and anxious at appointments but the team at the vet always is so patient with her and really does everything they can to make her feel safer and more comfortable, which warms my heart. Everyone is always able to answer all of my questions about vaccines or treatments or symptoms etc and the staff really know their stuff!! Bleue and her mommy and daddy appreciate all of you wonderful staff at the Vet!! ?

If you need a new Vet you can trust, that will take time with you and your pets, then in my opinion, you found them with NSVH. Let me share what I see as the key points:
✅ Amazing knowledgable friendly Vets that are wonderful with my kitties
✅ Answered all my questions with prescriptive and helpful input
✅ Compassionate, caring, friendly professional office staff (they make you feel super welcome)
✅ Support with pet weight loss and how best to ensure nutrition and health
✅ Clean, cheerful, pet friendly office environment (have a cat and dog waiting area!)
✅ Easy access location with parking right in front
✅ Access to medications and prescription food (Vets helped my kitties a lot here)
✅ Fair prices
I think you will be happy, but more importantly, your pets will be happy and healthy! ???

I’m so glad that I chose NSVH for our cat Blondie. The care and attention to detail during Blondie’s visit gave me the piece of mind we needed for our newest family member. Not only were they well versed in his situation but they offered me the best knowledge in caring for Blondie and his roommate. I was apprehensive with his behavior and how he would tolerate the experience but after he met our technician and doctor I was pleasantly impressed by his cooperation… unlike my 15 year old cat that hates the vet, Blondie was a model for purrfect behavior.

Before moving to NJ, I used to go to NSVH for my dog Tori. Since moving and going to a new vet, I've realized just how amazing NSVH was in every way.
It's been a year, and I still haven't found a vet I can trust with Tori. The staff and doctors were so knowledgeable and friendly, the clinic was clean, and it was truly a perfect hospital. I honestly want to drive three hours back to NSVH right now.
