We finally chose the split King Active Breeze after laying in it for about an hour. I'll write a detailed review once we've had it for a month or so. Doubt it'll get returned. It's the Mercedes Benz of sleep systems.

“I was at two other stores that sell mattresses before I stopped at Mattress Firm. I had told the other two stores what I was looking for and both of them had advertisements for products that were within my price range. Once I got to the stores they told me that was an online purchase only and I would not be able to try out the bed prior to purchasing it. I left both stores as they were trying to sell me on mattresses out of my price range. I decided to try one more stop. I stopped at Mattress Firm and was greeted right away at the door with not a pushy salesperson but a kind salesperson asking me what I was looking for. I explained what I was looking for the type of mattress I wanted and the price range I was willing to spend. Anthony took me immediately to the area of my price range. Once I was there I saw the bed that I had tried out at one of the other stores. That store had a price tag of $1,200 for the same mattress. Exact same mattress here at Mattress Firm was $499. I was quite happy that it was within my price range and that is the mattress I ended up purchasing immediately. I also was able to purchase an encasement cover since I had saved so much on my purchase. Anthony was a salesperson that told me all about the warranties that were available to me with the purchase of the mattress. I'm so glad that I stopped at Mattress Firm.”

“I moved to Maryland about 3 years ago. Since then I’ve been unable to get answers to questions about my sleep number bed either at the stores or through customer service via the net. Finally, it occurred to me contact the store in PA where I had made some purchases for my bed. I can’t tell you how different relating with that store is. I thought they represented Sleep Number training and expectations, but that is not true. They solved my problem through patience, intelligence and intention. Unfortunately, that was not true of the other representatives with whom I interacted. I believe the sales staff at the Sleep Number store in PA, 1731 Wilmington West Chester Pike is outstanding.
