“Excellent customer service! The staff at the Folsom store is friendly and very courteous! I’m not one to take the time to write reviews but the service was exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel at the Folsom store. I was returning a “ton” of Comcast equipment and Daniel took care of everything quickly and painlessly! I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes..This was a fantastic experience! I can not thank Daniel and the staff enough..Ps. I just want to mention I am not being paid for my review nor do I have any relatives that work for the store. “I had a last minute urgent package that had to be sent and sent quickly. I am blown away by the customer care and service that Lauren W and Rob had at the Glenn Mills location. Rob answered my phone call with various questions with kindness and helped me repack a box when the store was just about to close. This was probably the best service experience I have ever had.”

“I'm a West Chester transplant to this PO. Stopped by at lunch on a Tuesday. The location is reasonably convenient to the highway. There was no line and the two women working the counter both seemed friendly. The one who helped me was friendly and helpful. I had to do a written form to put a hold on my mail due to the situation (super not thrilled about that) but overall my positive experience was the opposite recent reviews. Heard it might be 10 months til Airport Rd is reopened. :-(”
