Last Sunday after 3pm, I walked in with my daughter to have a quick consultation and an appointment to have her hair lightened and color. The person who was working there by herself with a client never greeted us or even said Hi.
Then asked if we have an appointment, I told her no and we are here for a consultation.
She was extremely rude and replied that she’s here all by herself and told us to come back the next day.
After that, why would we come back with that kind of attitude?
We live in Newtown Square and I definitely tell my family and neighbors about this place

Walked in at about 5 PM on 3/25- the stylist rudely said “how can I help you” and then proceeded to say she was “booked solid”. Did not even look in our direction, didn’t offer to take our info in case there was a no show, didn’t offer alternative times or anything. Just an incredibly rude interaction. There are plenty of locations that do not treat you like you’re an inconvenience so we will definitely never be back here. Being busy is one thing and we totally understand that, but being rude is another

Today I got a fantastic haircut at this Hair Cuttery location, which was my first visit. Alana is amazing. Gracious, welcoming, warm and very professional. She asked me questions along the process and I can’t wait to go out tonight with full confidence and show it off! Highly recommend!Service: Haircut

Haircut was exactly what I wanted, efficient appointment, and friendly hair dresser (Shannon)Came in at 11:00am on a Friday for an appointment with first available stylist. Shannon washed and cut my hair. Was so sweet and styled my hair exactly as I wanted. Gave four stars because ultimately it is a hair Cuttery - you are getting a decent haircut for a wonderful price (I definitely miss my old hair stylist from State College who really knew how to style my hair to fit my face shape). Overall, I will say that this was a nice Hair Cuttery and ask for Shannon if you can!

Danielle was fantastic! She has a great personality and work ethic. She did a great job on my hair and had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. The salon itself was clean and orderly. It was well stocked. I set my appointment online and the process was very easy. Overall, very pleased with the whole thing. Stylist up charged me from a classic blowout $23 yo a deluxe blowout $36 because I had thick hair. It's just below my chin not long. that's my last visit to Hair Cuttery

My friend’s comments show the kind of haircuts Donna does: They asked me if I had attempted to cut my own hair and if I wanted them to try to fix it. Gave her specific feedback, but it didn't help.

I've been going to this hair Cuttery for several months, now. I enjoy getting my hair cut done by Katherine, she does not disappoint on how she does my hair. She is always friendly and we always has a great conversation.

I went into hair cuttery for the first time and will definitely be returning for more hair services with Katherine! She was excited and knowledgeable about the type of blonde highlights I was going for. She explained to me blonde is a process and it could take a few sessions, but she definitely nailed it on the first appointment. I never felt like she was rushing through the service; it's clear she takes her time to really give her guests what they're looking for! Not only is she knowledgeable about the hair coloring process, but she recommended products to help maintain my bright ashy highlights which was super helpful. Such a great end result! I have been coming here for over a decade. No where else does a better up do, and they will do it at half the price. Hair cuts are also amazing. I spend less on my wash, cut, blow dry than what my boyfriend pays for his cut in the city. I never go anywhere else unless it is an emergency.Service: Hairstyling
