Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. I was so grateful for her and for making the experience a five star experience from start to finish. I will only go here from here on out. Thank you Toni!!

The poorest print quality I have ever seen. Paper so thin it’s like see-through and the ink quality was so light. It was almost a joke. Go to Staples.

Delicate medical equipment left on the wet ground near the street where it could be easily stolen, rather than on the front porch. Shipping box was wet and dirty.

I had to get posters printed (I had previously used a company in NYC called Printique) and this was my first time using FedEx for high quality photo/card stock prints. Kerensa was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. She showed me different options, explained pricing, and worked with me after running a test print to dial in a border issue on the poster to get the remainder of prints looking perfect. I will never use the NYC printer I had previously gone to again. I will always go to FedEx for prints like this from now on! *She also did all of this during a busy rush (which looked worse than it was) and was extremely patient and performed all of these tasks in about 5-6 minutes tops. Excellent service from top to bottom!

What a great experience! I wanted to ship some awkward shaped gifts. As soon as I walked in, Alanna offered to help, but I figured I could pack them myself. As Alanna saw me struggling with my odd shaped items, she offered to help again and I agreed. She carefully and expertly packed my items while I tried packing other items into a different box. Josh, the manager, started processing my shipping information and noticed the brown box I had packed. He immediately realized he could save me money by repacking those items in a white FedEx box. He asked Alanna to repack my brown box which she happily did right away with the help of her colleagues Kerensa and Ruth.The whole staff here is so friendly and wanting to help customers as much as possible. I would certainly trust them with shipping your precious items carefully and affordably. Thank you!

Alanna, Aaron, Kerensea and the entire the staff are so pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable! I’ve worked with them twice on big printing projects as well as shipping out packages and they made everything so smooth and easy. The store is also very clean.

The people here are so helpful and very sweet--- I have not had an unpleasant experience here even when they told me I couldn't send something to Australia because there were restrictions in place. After all, it's not their fault some countries close their borders sometimes. Anyway, it's always nice to be helped by the employees here
