Steve is a well educated fantastic person to work with, it has been an absolute pleasure every time we have spoken. You're a fool if you trust another shop to do the level of work Steve and his team does. Steve's attention to detail is quite honestly impressive.

Several years ago, I was involved in an accident, and I was nervous about selecting a competent shop to do the repair work. The dealership where we purchased the car (Mercedes Benz of Devon) highly recommended that we use Cavallo Auto Body. Since that time, Cavallo has been the only auto body shop that we use when work is needed. Steve and Melanie are always a huge help in every step of the repair and claim process, and the work done is impeccable!
Today I saw another example of why Cavallo is the absolute best at what they do. I noticed that the front bumper was separating from the body of my car. I called Cavallo, expecting to only leave a message since it was a Saturday (in August, no less). Instead, Adam answered the call and told me I could bring my car in immediately. He courteously explained why the panels were separating, and what might have caused it (oops!). Within 15 minutes, my car was looking as good as new. Here's the best part: because Cavallo values their customers' loyalty, he did NOT charge me for the repair!!

Needed minor body work done through my insurance at Cavallo. Micheal Defrancesco was my point of contact for everything. He was straight forward and honest. Any questions I sent over text were answered quickly and clearly. This is how anyone would want a body shop to operate, transparency creates trust very quickly. Bumps in the road were alleviated with above and beyond service. I hope anyone who needs work done on their car contacts Cavallo Auto Body.

If you have a luxury/high end vehicle needing repair this is your place. This is a long overdue review, but I can’t thank Cavallo & specifically Spencer enough for helping me through an accident I had with my Range Rover last year. My car was inoperable & they recommended an awesome tow company that quickly transported my vehicle from the site of the accident directly to Cavallo. Spencer and the rest of the Cavallo team worked with my insurance to get everything covered and kept me updated the entire time with frequent check-ins. There was considerable damage to my car, but they had it back to me in a few weeks looking brand new again. I am so appreciative of Spencer & the Cavallo team for all their help & while I hope I do not need their services again anytime soon this is the only place I trust to take my cars!

Michael DeFrancesco has assisted me on more than 1 occasion. He is a pleasure to deal with and is informative and kind.
I find the work at Cavallo Auto body to be second to none. And I give him 5 stars for his outstanding customer service. I have recommended Cavallo and Michael to several people. Its been a pleasure to do business with them.

Cavallo is a no brainer when it auto repair! If you are a car enthusiast and worried where to take your car this is the place. I was in a collision and contacted Cavallo and all state insurance. Mike and Rick at Cavallo handled every detail from that point on. All I had to do was show up drop off my once beautiful car, before Mike was finished explaining to me the process and work involved with this particular job for my car enterprise was ready and waiting with my rental car thanks to Nikki from Cavallo . From that point Mike and Rick communicated every step of the way, which would put anyone at ease. The process was way too easy professional and flawless. Turned a terrible situation into an extremely pleasant experience. When the process was complete Mike called me to schedule a pick up that worked best for me. When I arrived the car was sitting out front and looked like it did the first day I brought it home from the dealership, and Mike was right there to hand me my keys and Nikki handed me my paperwork and I was back on the road. Truly wild to say I’m so happy with how my car tuned out that the damage that occurred is of zero concern now. The car looks brand new again!

This place is great! They have great customer service also they do great work! I gave them old lady( c230 compressor 2005) and they returned to me Barbie doll, looks fresh as day one! lol, very happy with their work , took a while but really worth it! Highly recommend
