This place is amazing! Been here a few times over the years! Paige who runs things there is super easy to work with and go with the flow and everything in between! Not to mention the actual ballroom and grounds around the ballroom are beautiful!!!

Amazing venue, staff, and food. Working with Megan and Mia was so much fun and made what is normally a stressful process, a breeze. All of the staff at Finley did such a wonderful job for our special day. The food was delicious and the venue looked spectacular, despite us having some rain. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you and your guests like to eat like we do!!

There are literally not enough good things to say about Finley Catering and the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve. These people are the top of the top. From the moment you inquire about this venue, you feel like you are part of their family and that they are really invested in your day and love story. Megan Rodano is a champion and this day wouldn't have happened without her. She answered every single question I had and made me feel comfortable and confident in the planning and execution of the day. Mia, Paige, and Jordan were rock stars on the day of and if something went wrong, I wouldn't have known! They went above and beyond to make our day special, beautiful, and unforgettable. Every staff member was amazing and all our guests couldn't say enough good things about the FOOD!! Wow, the food is just unreal. You get so much for what you pay per head and that makes everything worth it. I could go on and on about this venue and how amazing it is. Thank you to EVERYONE at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve for the best day of our lives. We wish we could do it all over again!

I can't even put into words how amazing our wedding at Ellis was. Megan Rodano was so helpful and responsive throughout this entire process and even went above and beyond to ensure we could accommodate dietary restrictions for guests. My expectations were completely exceeded on every level. The team at Finley was great to work with and made sure all of our guests had a great time. Several of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had been to, and everyone was raving about how delicious and plentiful the food was. Compared to other venues we considered, Ellis provides so much more. Definitely choose Ellis for your next event!

The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve is the BEST wedding venue. My wedding was Friday, March 1st, 2024. My day was a fairytale! Truly a dream! My guests still talk about how amazing everything was. I had excellent coordinators, maitre D, and bridal attendant the day of the wedding. Planning with them was easy and organized. They offer a variety of add ons to meet all your wants!! One big thing for me was a bridal suite with early entry, it was perfect for my bridal party and I. The grounds are stunning, but the inside is just as beautiful! I highly recommend this wedding venue.
