“Lived here for 7 months (6month 30day lease as I was new to the area) from 01dec2023 to 30jun2024 in a 1bed and loved my time here! To clarify I left to reduce the driving distance to my workplace, and downsize my living quarters as I came to know the region better. All the staff were helpful, pleasant, and knowledgable about everything a tenant might need. Martin is on maintenance and one of the most personable and willing to help staff members I've ever dealt with, whether its likely thr 4th time in 2 days he shoveling out the sidewalks (pic is before he got to it) or moving quickly to stop water from leaking down from the upstairs neighbors. And Lydia is always willing to make time for you. Any questions you have, ask away as their professionalism and willingness to clarify are always top regardless of the issue, whether it's moving, resolving odd issues during your stay, or moving out.
In my opinion this place has the highest value in the area as closer to the center of Conshohocken and prices skyrocket and further away it no longer feels like a walkable distence. Most of the good restuarants are a mile walk from here which for me was always perfect in warmer weather to enjoy the neighborhood and walk off a good meal. Less so in winter obviously, but I'm a southerner so take that with its fair share of salt.
There's no central A/C but there was a heater in the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen worked fine in winter, and surprisingly the 2 A/c units werr just enough in summer.
The neighborhood is great whether its the neighbors next door or down the street, seems like everyone has a dog and they're always looking for pets. Beware though, some of the neighborhood dogs (not the apartment community) were hyper aggressive on my runs in the evening and some of the owners have no intention of reigning them back for whatever reason. Running is acessible down most roads although theres some areas where the sidewalk just ends unexpectedly without rhyme or reason. The best days were the days i got to jog a 5k through the backroads, comeback clean up, and then walk down to Bar Lucca (pics if you like those) for date in the setting sun. Or better yet, forgetting what day it was, going out on a saturday and finding a parade further down the road.
Biggest downside was the not in unit washer and dryer during winter. I did have a problem when first moving in as they dont typically move people in on saturdays and they require a checkfor the first payment (which as a zoomer i dont remember the last time i'd touched a checkbook). Again though the staff is knowledgable and professional and Lydia and another Galman group employee worked with me to get it settled in a timely manner.
They're renovating these as people move out, so likely a mild price hike, but from what I can tell its still some of the best prices in an ever pricier neighborhood.
Hope it helps, and fyi this is part of the Galman Group and the extended network the few times I interacted with them were always polite, professional, and quick to provide.”

“I’m moving in! I chose Omnia because the building is beautiful and well kept. Just as important to me is the integrity of management. They didn’t try to just take a HOLDING FEE. They made sure I was comfortable and gave me time to make the choice that was right for me.”

“Wonderful place to live! We rented here a 3bd for a year and were very happy. The building is close to the train station, 3 supermarkets in walking distance, Wynnewood shopping center and Narberth downtown. The staff are amazing! Always nice and helpful, and any issues are fixed very fast. One of the neighbors asked for a bench next to the school bus pick up point, and they set that up within a few days.
Pictures are my view from the apartment.”

“Really love living here, and appreciate all the effort the office and maintenance staff put in every day.
As a suggestion, I would really like to to see a grounds keeper hired full time to clean up the public areas.”

“The property team is very courteous and responsive. The value for the rental property is fantastic considering surrounding area. This includes being close to SEPTA trolly line, having a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The owners take care of the lawn including snow shoveling and salting.Recently at the time of writing this, Blink EV charging station went down (no fault of Drexelbrook, Blink issued a technical malfunction on their end going on for more than 48 hours I am unable to charge.) Brittney the Property Manager went above and beyond to help by letting me borrow her plug-in charger and plug into the side of the main building to enough to get to the nearest DC fast charger. The community also has a security car patrolling during night making this neighborhood extra safe. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home, this is a great place to be!”

“From the time that I moved in a few months ago until now, the experience here at The Preserve at Darby Creek has been awesome. Marissa and Sam in the leasing office are super accommodating and helpful, and the property is beautiful. I personally love the dog park here and they just put down fresh mulch! I have been a resident at 7 different properties in Delaware and Chester county over the past 6 years and I can say wholeheartedly I am Very excited to be here. The location is sweet too, right off 95 by the airport, yet secluded away from the road by trees, a nature preserve, and a creek that runs right past the dog park. The townhouse I live in is reasonably priced and very spacious, with great appliances that all work well so far. Very cool ?”

“I love living in this building, everything is top notch. The management team is so responsive if anything comes up. Super clean, beautiful finishes and a layout that makes work from home doable. The gym has everything you need, plus there are so many gym options within walking distance. Traders Joes and suburban square steps away - a fantastic location. Highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking.”

“I've been living at Stratford Station Apartments in Wayne for over 2 years and I am happy with the accommodations. I would like to commend Kelsie, the Property Manager. During the extreme July heat last week the A/C was not working in my apartment. After putting in a maintenance request I contacted the Property Manager Kelsie. She was very polite and professional. She assured me that she would stay on top of the situation until it was taken care of. She had maintenance respond immediately to see if they could resolve the problem. Although they could not, they installed a window A/C unit in my bedroom so that I would be able to sleep comfortably at night. She then reached out to several HVAC companies and although everyone was inundated with calls for service, she was able to expedite the response time of one HVAC company who subsequently was able to fix the problem. I truly appreciate her attentiveness to resolving the issue. We spoke several times and she was polite and caring in every conversation. Thank you Kelsie!

“I had a great interaction with a gentleman named Matt today. Matt was busy working on his golf cart and took his time to give me directions around the property. Customer service is paramount in todays climate and Matt met that mark today!”

“Lived here 5 months during an internship. They had a nice policy for short-term leasing and I was never at any point hit with any unfair/unexpected charges. Any issues or maintenance requests were resolved quickly (within a day) and all personnel I interacted with were kind and professional. Not 5 stars because the unit I was in wasn't in perfect condition, but the staff truly are great.”

“Ridley Brook Apartments is an excellent place to live. The property is well maintained, professionally landscaped, has a welcoming appearance and are always trying to find ways to improve. The office staff are friendly, respectful and quick to help or resolve any issues. The maintenance workers are also professional, friendly, and put in the time and effort needed to complete the job correctly. My fellow tenants are polite and courteous. There is little to no noise or disturbances at night or early in the morning.
One reason Ridley Brook is different than previous apartments I've lived in is they fix issues quickly and correctly and will hire outside professionals if needed. The apartment manager Mark, considers each tenant as individuals, (not just temporary renters like other places) and understands this is our home and him and his staff do their best to keep our home safe, clean, and something to be proud of. I've been here 7 years and see no reason at all, as of right now, to leave.
With any apartment, issues will arise. Once in awhile, you will have a bug in your apartment, but never anything beyond that. Parking is probably my biggest problem I have. After 6:00pm it is almost impossible to find a spot near your building, so you will have to walk a little.
A larger grassy area for dogs to be walked would be nice, along with a children play area. Swings, slides, etc. Maybe in the future though.
Wawa is in walking distance and I-95, rte-476, Chester Pike and Baltimore Pike are less than 5 minutes away. The Ridley library and Ridley Police station are literally 1 minute away.
If you're looking for a better place to live north of route 476 in Delco, for a very reasonable rate, you won't find it.

This is my honest review. I'm a current tenant and have not been compensated in any way for the review.”

“Full disclosure, I've only lived here a few days. The review is only four stars because of that. Assuming things continue the way they are during my time here, this will change to 5 stars. I moved from out of state and had to handle everything online, without getting to view anything prior to moving in. The leasing office was exceptionally helpful in getting me set up and answering any questions I had. Move in day went smoothly and I LOVE the apartment. It is spacious, clean, and everything works. The parking to date has been excellent as well, and there is even a cute creek behind the building. The little bit of the surrounding area I have been able to explore is lovely. The apartment complex is mostly clean and quiet. One of my biggest fears was that people would be loud and making noise at all times of night, but, it has been quiet. I'm over the moon with the apartment. Maintenance staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. There's a small gym and laundry facilities in the building. I could not be happier. Thank you to everyone at Glen Manor who has helped me get moved in!Update: At the six month mark, my experience has been mostly very positive. I've had some minor maintenance issues relating to outlets not working, but, that, in my experience, is a common issue. Maintenance worked quickly to help me resolve the issues as well as possible. Last night I returned home from a few weeks out of town and the a/c was not working (blowing, but not cold air). This morning maintenance came by and refilled the coolant to ensure the A/C was blowing cool AND is having someone else come out to look at it this evening to make sure there are no further issues. I'll try to update either way, but I've been very happy at Glen Manor and very appreciative of both maintenance and the leasing office. Thank you!Update2: at the one year mark, November 2021, or so, had an issue with the shower, where water was weirdly leaking out of the back of the shower into the apartment...plumbing here is interesting (not gross, just interesting :).) I filed an online form for maintenance and in a day or so someone from the apartment came by, and similar to the a/c experience, had called a contractor to look at the plumbing by the end end of the day. It was resolved temporarily that day, and followed up on for a long term fix a week later, or so, once the parts came in. Also, i don't feel like reading my already long review, so i don't know if I mentioned it, but, the rent increase for renewal was exceptionally moderate, in my opinion, which I was thrilled about. I very much enjoy living here.Update3: still all good about 1.5 years in! Had an issue with the outlets in the kitchen, and thus an issue with powering the fridge...maintenance was by within the hour (or so) to check on it, and it was resolved to my satisfaction quickly (thank you.) Also, i've yet to meet an unfriendly neighbor...not social, perhaps (most are social, in my experience), but none that are unfriendly, that i've encountered .Also, if you live in the area, I highly recommend "The Morton House"...it's about a 20-30 minute walk from the apartment complex...i believe it opens up to John Heinz Wildlife Preserve, but whatever it is, it is beautiful, has a public access fishing dock, and the historical Morton House...highly recommended! You'll see me and my dog walking around a good bit. The surrounding area is BEAUTIFUL, imo, and me and the dog love Glenolden Park (though she is not technically permitted, i haven't had an issue) and walking the creek.”

“Karl has been helpful in resolving some maintenance issues my girlfriend and I have had in the first nearly 3 months here [let me state: it's not like our unit was falling apart.] This past week, after having made a visit two days in a row, with no hesitation he replaced our [what turned out to be old] garbage disposal when my girlfriend noticed an issue. He even stopped in when I called for [what turned out to be a false alarm] emergency when I thought the A/C wasn't working. He has taken time to explain matters to me to try to help us take care of the apartment and know what to do in emergencies.

I do wish we had the mail come directly to our door but I understand it's convenient and time efficient for the postal service to deliver at the central station. If anything on days I get off the bus from work, I can check the mail. Also, our Pomeranian sometimes gets walked down there.

Speaking of Pomeranian, Hannah and Lyn love our little Holly. Almost every time we take her to the office, she gets a treat. Holly loves the dog park too.

So, yes, we have had a few bumps here and there - as does anywhere, right? Even homeowners do. I do like that the complex is somewhat secluded. In saying that, we greatly appreciate the help we've received so far! Again Karl - thanks again for your time! Also, thanks to the other members who helped get us a new fridge/freezer and new washer!”

“Love this place for the most part. The downfall to living near a creek are the bugs and the occasional mouse. I’d still recommend as the property is wellmaintained, beautiful greenery and quiet neighborhood.”

“David, a maintenance tech, was so helpful and kind! He called before to check if I was home and then knocked as well so he didn’t scare me by just walking in! He answered my request within 5 minutes of me placing it despite it being 4:45 when he could have just ignored it and gone home for the day! He was very polite, professional, and efficient! I couldn’t thank him enough for his help! Thanks David for all your hard work, I hope your supervisor sees this and gives you a raise because you deserve it!”

“I have been renting from Media Real Estate since 2017. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. On the rare occasion that I have a maintenance issue, they are always prompt in their response and resolution. My neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood in general is great. I’ve been very happy here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live that doesn’t break the bank.”

“Initially I did not have a great experience with Norris Hills 2.However, they hired some stellar individuals over the course of my 12 months.Donald in the leasing office was extremely helpful during a stressful time. His customer service and professionalism never wavered when this old vet went to his office with an issue. If the solution was not readily available, he stood on business and followed up with the answer.Chris and the maintenance team are also stand up individuals. Its not often someone says they look forward to maintenance coming by, this team was great to converse with. During a weekend emergency work order, they were in on a timely fashion to get me by, then returned on Monday to solve and repair the issue. My move in experience, in comparison to the last 6 months and vacating(relocating)has been a night and day difference.Previous reviews may have been justified, however they are not a reflection of the current team in place.”
