If I could give them 10 stars I would! Amanda was so nice and helpful! Since our account setup for our congregation was quite complicated, Crystal helped out too. Great team here that goes above and beyond. Keep up the good work.

After making an order through an online chat with a Verizon representative that was extremely helpful, I was told I could go to the location and pick my order up. I drove 1 hour each direction on a Sunday just to find out that the website, Verizon's website, and Google are all have incorrect information and that the store has decided to close on Sundays and not update any of the online outlets.

The ladies at this store are the best. Helpful ,knowledgeable and patient. The plan and phone explanation was thorough. I was very happy with my experience. Even while waiting they checked on you and left you know they would get to you as soon as possible.Very professional. Thanks.

Lack of communication, lack of knowledge, and lack of overall professionalism.My journey started on June 28th when I walked in at Russel Cellular to trade in my prior phone for the $800 promotion for the newest iPhone. At first, I was in shock at how fast Steph Oberlin (STORE MANAGER) was at trading in, transferring, and completing the process. It wasn't until a month later when things began to fall apart. The promotion did not go through. Why? Well we contacted Verizon and turns out Steph completed the wrong paperwork as if I did not trade in my phone. When confronted about the issue, she brushed it off like no big deal. Also note, she added additional insurance to my plan WITHOUT asking me. Again, she brushed it off like nothing and stated, "Oh I must have clicked that on accident when we were talking".Verizon now wants no parts in cleaning up this mess since the Newport Verizon store is actually owned by a third party, Russell Cellular. Steph Oberlin claims she has "done her part". However, she never contacted her General Manager nor completed appropriate paperwork to fix her mistake when she first said she would. I had to call 2 weeks later to find an update that she had not completed it.Fast forward to almost 3 months later, nothing is settled. Steph Oberlin reports she has done what she needs to and when I explained that I felt "helpless" with this process, she smirked and said "have a good day". Somehow, I am left to clean up the mess Steph and Russell Cellular have created.The lack of support, communication, knowledge to provide/help customers, and professionalism with the process is mind blowing (at least with the store manager and call center reps).I am not one to complete reviews, but I feel as if this needs to be said on here for future inquiring minds. They might have a 4.5 star rating, but Steph Oberlin to my knowledge just got moved to this location and if she is the store manager and this is what she does, you might want to look elsewhere.

The ladies that were working seemed very uninterested in helping us. One was interested in her phone and didnt want bothered. The other, whom I was speaking to, was more worried about her nose piercing. I would not recommend this location. The Verizon store in Sherman's Dale is top notch. Worked with us to help resolve the issues we were having with our phones.

Never go here!!!! They messed around with my father in law for over 6 months and he still never got a new phone. Waiting each visit for over 3 hours!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! He ended up canceling his whole Verizon account. This place is awful!!!!

I was given a new cellphone for Christmas, but I have a really good cellphone, but because it was a surprise, I decided to go to VERIZON and allow them to power-it-on and set it up.Now there, which I am the first one on the scene and in line, I knew I would be in and out quickly...wrong thinking.An older gentleman walked up, I saw his condition, and then I decided to allow him to go before me.While he is being waited on, I decided to snoop around the PLAZA and see what I can see.After I left, and now inside GIANT, I see an acquaintance I met at least four months ago.Immediately we talk about times we had, and then he said something that caught my attention. He said a sale is going on at BEER & SMOKE (a business next to GIANT that sells beer and tobacco products I think), let's walk down their together.As soon as we start walking, I look to my left and see that older gentleman I allowed to go before me, exit the VERIZON store.Immediately I said goodbye to my friend, and went inside VERIZON. I look around and see at least four maybe five people in front of me.Not a surprise, I position my self (sat down to wait my turn), happy to have this extra time to TYPE on the other cellphone.While typing, my turn came to fast, allowing me the understanding that VERIZON is making good use of their time.After, and new cellphone now on, I left VERIZON, knowing I made use of my time typing while inside their store. I typed at least three posts (did not post all, they need work)...thank you VERIZON!P.S. I can not find pictures I took of that VERIZON...so I will use a picture of another VERIZON I took while at the HARRISBURG MALL on January 1, 2022.

Oh my gosh! Amanda is amazing. She has consistently gone above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I got my very first smartphone and iPad in July. I am so technically challenged. I mean really have no clue. Amanda has been awesome every single time I’ve been in, which is a lot. She is patient and kind. I cannot give them as many stars as they deserve! Thank you for your help!
