Why is there still no UPS here? Until they put a new one in the area, FedEx will have to be the go-to. FedEx is available in most stores including the Dollar General, which is literally in every town at this point.

The number listed on Google is to a Ace Hardware located in North Carolina. It is not, nor has it ever been, the number for a Newport UPS location.
