My husband had his wedding band sized TWO times here, both times the ring arrived it was not his size. So i asked for a refund and they still kept some of my money for a “restocking fee” which is not fair because it was not our fault it didn’t fit… needless to say we took our business elsewhere and got a better ring at a better price that actually fit him!

Customer service was exceptional.I went in for only one reason, find out my ring size. Even though the person understood there would be no sale, she was more than willing to help me. This level of kindness and service is rare these days. Perhaps in the future I will visit again to make a purchase. Looking around, they did have some very nice items.

I love supporting small local businesses! The jewel box has very kind and helpful employees, Jackie took measurements of my ring and ordered an assortment of bands for me to choose from that fit my ring perfectly! They also offer repairs for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend going here for all your jewelry and repair needs!

Was referred to this place to fix my special necklace my husband got for me and replace 3 watch batteries. Took advantage of the 5 year replacements for them and will get my necklace back done in a week! Great personal service and cute spot in Newport.
