Friendly service. I find most of the items I want. Some times a few items in produce are almost over ripe.

A month ago I would have said this is a nice place however last night when I went into the deli @840. I was treated very rudely and told they were done slicing and while I would have been ok with this if I was not treated in a manner to was very unprofessional however I was told by the manager that the deli does not close till 9 pm so I should have been served .But when speaking with the manager I was told that the individuals told him they did no such thing .So I guess the old saying is not true anymore that the customer is always right .And in this new world we don't have to serve customers after we don't feel like it .

We ordered insta-cart. However the app said that no one was available to bring our stuff out. We ordered the day before with a pick up time between 9 and 10am.
Upon entering a friendly customer service dude directed us to the pick up area. Our stuff was picked but not bagged and carted. There was staff who could have brought it out?! The quickly worked to get us our items. And didn't forget anything.
So I'm thinking the app was messed up. As soon as we pulled up it told us our cart will be out shortly. I don't think they even got notified. Or maybe they were busy.
Overall the workers were great. Good place for a low priced chain grocery store.

The store needs to expand and have what most giants have. Other words behind the times.Prices are up compare to other stores and they don't carry alot of larger quantities of items. For example ( hydrogen Peroxide) They carry only the 16oz bottle. Other stores have both and you save alot more with the bigger bottle. I shop here cause it's close and you,save on gas points and also the clearance rack and reduce prices on items that are near there sell by date. Other giants and stores do not do this. They need to carry more items that are more affordable to people. That makes sense to me. For example bacon was $12.99 for,like 20oz. Good grief that's crazy. Also I need to mention 6 of them were reduced by 75 percent, I wonder why. Since this newport is in a rural environment and some of the people come a little bit away and stock up would it not make sense to get items in bigger quantities (not smaller quantities). Please if you want to make a better shopping experience for people plus they can save more. Implement the changes , you will also increase your business. Thank you

Only shop here for whatever I need and if I cannot find it here, I'll shop online. Employees are warm and friendly, and have a good selection of produce which I eat a lot of. Wide selection of deli meats and cheeses along with whatever else you might need.
