I took my car here for an inspection the first time, and it went pretty well. Recently, I had to bring my car in for repair. Since I couldn't pick it up on a day they were open, I paid over the phone and used the Dropbox. I asked about the $100 off $1,000 or more service coupon I received in the mail and was told it had to be presented in person, but I could drop it off in the box when I picked up my car.
Unfortunately, I didn't get much sleep Saturday night, and I was busy Sunday morning, so when I picked up my car later in the day, I forgot the coupon. On Monday, I sent a text message explaining that I forgot it and even offered to send a picture of the coupon, but I was completely ignored. Considering they sent me the mailer, they could have just honored the coupon.
When I finally went in to present the coupon in person, they said they'd honor it, but then told me they'd apply it to my account for next time instead of refunding it to my card. The coupon says nothing about applying it towards a future service. This is more than likely a violation of consumer protection laws, which require businesses to honor their advertised promotions.
This entire experience was a waste of my time. I won't be going back again. They don't respect their customers' time, and the whole coupon situation was shady and deceptive. If they're willing to be deceptive about a coupon they offered, it makes one wonder what else they might be deceptive about.

Very nice and professional people. My car broke down on the turnpike and they were nice enough to make sure my car is fixed to get home that same day. Although I broke down on Fri 5/17/24 & they're closed Fri, Sat & Sun. That Mon they wanted to make sure I get home. They even fixed my seat belt that didn't retract before!! So, thank you very much Blue Mtn Car Care!! I never got to thank them for the seat belt, bc I didn't know until my kids told me. They said we can help ourselves to the water & snacks! Girl Scout cookies were for sale, tho, lol. I bought 2 boxes of thin mints. Very nice furniture, also.

Had a car emergency on 76W today & stopped in for auto help. The staff were very friendly & helpful - they told me the price ASAP. Really appreciated that! They took my car immediately, despite having no appt! The owner looked at my car, repaired the issues, AND identified more problems that my car dealership missed during my last
inspection there (grrrrr - Cochran Honda South Hills Pgh). If I didn’t live 2 hours away, I would go here pronto. Highly recommend this place! And thank you for helping me today! Much appreciated! And the shop dog is very cute!

You can't do better these guys know how to fix your car so that it doesn't break down if you let him do what needs to be done you can keep an old car on the road for a long time I really like their work and I have two pretty ornery old cars and I drive really far away I'm an out-of-state driver and I can depend on them

Excellent service. I was cruising out the turnpike and my rear tire vibration was terrible. I called these guys and they said stop on in we will take a look at it. They rebalanced the rear tires and I was good to go. Thank you.
