I have had PT in the past but it never helped. It usually hurt. Josh and Jenny at Penn Ohio Rehab in Harmony adjusted my program as I went and were always concerned with how I felt. They would offer advice and tips to help. I have never felt stronger. The best part is my back pain is gone! Thank you, Josh and Jenny!!!!
