Been using ups 15 years for my ebay business. First time at the new stanton customer center and i am happy as can be. The 2 women inside were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with my situation!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried calling multiple times to speak with someone about my package but the auto call refuses to transfer me and hung up on me multiple times. I never did get to speak to anyone.

Wish I could rate it zero, I'm still waiting for the package that was supposed to be sent from this location to the whiteoak location that says it was delivered but never was. The lady from the new Stanton store promised it would be sent to whiteoak store but it never was, It's still at the nee station location and I have no way there to get it. I've been fighting with trying to get ahold of a human for 2 weeks now this is ridiculous!

On tracking it said it reached my appropriate shipping facility (here). UPS then sends my package to Maryland for no reason.

Customer center located in the bottom of building. Parking right outside entrance doors labeled for center during operating hours. Carts available for heavy items.

Biggest group of idiots in the business.. 3 years I've lived at my address and I've only had 1 package delivered properly and you can never get anything fixed when you call them.. You pay money for a delivery service and it's on you at the end because they are not held accountable for their incompetence..

will not take phone calls, will not allow phone calls, the computer on the phone shows that they dont care. I have 5 packages that they keep trying to deliver at 2am and then "report a problem with delivery" then you cant get anyone to take a phone call. UPS is a joke, why do people still use them? They screw up everything they touch. They say call this 888 number to talk to a motivated team member, but then the computer says no no no no... well have several thousands of dollars of packages that they have basically stolen at this point.

Didn’t even ring the bell for my package. If a signature is required, please put some effort into knocking etc and wait for the person to reach the door. Especially, close to the holidays.
