We had a business delivery, and it was delayed to a day we weren't going to. I tried to reach out to UPS at least 10 times. From calling the toll-free number, local number, chat, and so on. When I registered to change delivery options, it would not allow me to because it was a commercial address. Of course, they tried to deliver the package the 2 days the business is completely closed, and on the 3rd day when we don't open until 4. Then, I received the message that the package would be sent back to the sender, which was overseas. The process should be much easier to communicate with UPS. I did find a random driver who was able to give me the direct number for the hub.

Dirty facility - dirty, lazy workers. They NEVER scan products in or out and cut every corner you could imagine, and will damage your goods if shipped through there. Good luck - they don’t care.

Loading boxes in New Stanton is like working in a sweatshop. Pushed too load 500 boxes an hour, and only pushed more when you consistently meet that goal, the hours were all part time hours and the pay wasn't much better than the hours.

I've been here to drop off many packages over the past two months. Customer service has always been excellent. They've brought out hand trucks when I've brought in big loads, helped me carry in smaller loads, and just now re-taped a box that I forgot to fully seal on the bottom. When I don't have time to drop off packages myself, I've scheduled pickups. My packages have always gotten to their destination on time.

Tell your drivers to stop cutting people off. They're going to cause an accident one day. Already got one of your daycabs on dashcam almost taking my bumper off!

They steal here someone took my products out my package and replaced it with someone else package just because the weight was similar how sad so now I have to send this person package out myself because someone wanted what was inside my package so bad, hope whoever is responsible faces the consequences
