These people are TERRIBLE at delivering packages! For some reason they started delivering some of my mail instead of my normal nail courier from yukon post office. When these people deliver my mail it has ended up at several of my neighbors houses. One particular instance they left all of my mail at the machine shop up the road from me and it sat out all weekend in the rain from Saturday til Monday! My father's medication was in that delivery as well! It has happened enough times that the secretary up the road at that machine shop knows my house phone number! The funny thing is that they don't even get mail at their shop! They have a post office box in Yukon! My house number is in plain view from the road and it's also on 3 sides of my mailbox in big white letters against a black background! With all of the technology out there today, there is NO EXCUSE for this! Idk why these people sometimes deliver my mail instead of my normal mailman, but the few times they are supposed to it ends up at the wrong location more times than them correctly delivering it! I get people make mistakes, but this has happened easily 6 or 7 times! The biggest reason I'm upset is because of my father's medication sitting out in the rain all weekend and he needed them because he ran out on that Saturday! Smdh....?????

I moved to this area over a year ago, and I still have to go door to door in my neighborhood looking for my mail and packages. But now it's getting out of control. I am missing important dated mail. This is getting out of control!

purchase a post box for a year never got any mail that I change address to stop going there but nothing has change my mail still going there anyone can anyone tell my why this not happy person missing alot important mail

If you have packages or padded / large envelopes that are under 13 ounces, do not take them here to be shipped. You will be ripped off on the shipping cost. For some reason, this Post Office will charge you the priority mail price, which is only valid on packages 13 ounces and over. Regardless of how many times you try to discuss with them that, according to their own rules, anything under 13 ounces can be shipped first class and with tracking, they still insist on charging you the priority price, which can often be a couple dollars more. Print your labels on the USPS website and save yourself some money.

I am fed up with this postal service i have lived here for more than 2 years and my rent has been lost bills not received and purchases returned and not delivered my mother didn't recieve one of her bills for six months and now has cost her a lot of late fees etc to catch up what the HELL is the problem im calling to complain again

I mailed my water bill 3 weeks ago and it hasn't been received! Then the lady on the phone says we can't track the mail...really? Get rid of the usps, waste of $$$. FedEx and UPS track all their packages
