“I had an AMAZING experience buying my new tires from Flynn Tires in North Huntington last month--Nov. 2023. I highly recommend this store. They will take excellent care of you. And I got the tires installed in under an hour.I have now bought 4 new tires from them twice: once in 2020, and again in 2023. I am now a loyal customer for life!!!The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. And there were no high pressure sales tactics when I called to order the tires, which I greatly appreciated.The salesperson was more than happy to sell me the exact same type of tires I already had, however, I inquired about the next level up. I decided to upgrade to a tire with better traction for winter driving conditions.Because I bought my old tires from them, the salesperson had told me on the phone that they would pro-rate the old ones--and save me money on the new tires. I imagined that maybe I'd save $100 on 4 new tires. But I was wrong...They deducted $461 from the price of my 4 new tires!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so happy. And then on top of that, I was eligible for a $100 rebate from Goodyear Tires, which arrived last week in the form of a Visa gift card.I saved a total of $561 on the cost of my new tires by going to Flynn Tires! Between the exquisite customer service, high-quality, name-brand tires, low-pressure sales, and the incredible savings, I am now hooked for life! I'll never get my tires from anywhere else. P.S. I just read some of the negative reviews about repairs. I can't address that issue because I have ONLY gone there for tires and not repairs. (I have my own trusted mechanic closer to my house.) Anyway, I'm really surprised to read those reviews because I have had nothing but great experiences with them.”

Cannot complain at all !!!! This will be my new go to repair shop now !!!”

The quality of their work absolutely A+++ top notch as well but their customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!Not only were they so cool as to be open on a Sunday for a person like myself who could only afford a used tire, but they were even more helpful/kind as to go out of their way about an hour drive to find and go get the size tire I was in need of and bring it back to their location!!!And then on top of all that, like here I am a million miles from my home in complete and total desperation and I am ever so lucky as to find a place that's open and such but then on top of all that, as I am watching them finish up my car and locating my cashapp card to pay them with, I come across this random item that I have in my trunk (a little lock out set for opening car doors when locked out of a car). I offer it to the guy just like as an added bonus/show of gratitude/appreciation or whatever, AND THE DUDE TAKES IT FOR PAYMENT!!!!!! I say to him "no, no, I actually have some money, I can pay, I'm not completely flat broke, I just thought since you guys were so cool you might like this thing here". And he refuses my cashapp card, looks at the price tag on this little lock out set thing and says to me "no no, this here was $15-$20bucks and that's about what it would've been anyway"So yeah, like I said, customer service here is ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND the best customer service anyone could ever find anywhere ON THE PLANET!!!!!Ruffs Dale Tire people: I just want to thank you once more!!! “Dan and Bob took good care of me and my car. It was just winter tires to summer tires swap, but you'd be surprised about how many things have gone wrong in the last few years with this simple procedure. Being overcharged ($200.00), overtightened lugs nuts which had to be drilled out, and not checking psi on tires which have been sitting in garage for months! So, if you want reliable service and very nice group of people, give them a try.”

“I was in need of an emergency brake job. I called and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for service. When i arrived, i was immediately greeted and checked in. I watched a technician pull my vehicle into the garage and started working approximately 5 minutes later. The waiting area was clean considering the horrific weather outside. Not a single complaint from anyone in the waiting room. If you have ever been to another dealer or shop for service, you know what I'm talking about. Fast and efficient (a little over an hour-hour and a half tops) which saved me labor costs. I would give their team a ten star rating if possible. This was the only Ford dealership within 15 miles that could take me that day. I will drive the 15 miles anytime for that kind of service. Great job!!!”

“Even though the inspection seemed to be a little on the expensive side, I'm still rating them a 5 star because my husband and I have called at multiple times, on different days to inquire about getting an inspection and on each occasion they were willing to accommodate us. I was able to call and be accepted within 15 minutes of the call, while I called around to other local businesses and would have to wait upwards to a week or more to be seen, or would have to drop my vehicle off for the entire day. I was in and out just shy of an hour and was provided updates both verbally and electronically while I waited. It was an overall good service. Thank you for coming through when I was in a bind, Pep Boys!”

Falken has this shop listed as one of their authorized retailers, so they have certain tires not available elsewhere. They sell the Rubitrek tires which is real similar to the Wildpeak AT3Ws but cost less and are slightly more focused on road performance.”
