I recently had the pleasure of staying at Motel 6 New Stanton again and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. Motel 6 new Stanton is one of the best Motel 6.The rooms at Motel 6 New Stanton were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room also had all the amenities I needed, including a TV, microwave, and mini-fridge.The location of Motel 6 New Stanton was also convenient. It was easily accessible from the highway and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Despite being close to the highway, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of traveling. One thing that really stood out to me was the affordability of Motel 6 New Stanton. The rates were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the accommodations. It was a great value for the price.Overall, I highly recommend Motel 6 New Stanton to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location make it a top choice for travelers. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I have never encountered a scarier location, roadsside from a town previously decimated by flloods it seened, and hotel room, maybe the 3rd door on the right feim the far back entrance, in my life. I will return with details. With prior and repeated first floor flood damage was obvious from the hallway door. The microwave was ready to blow and the refrigerator was not inviting, either.I was unable to clean the tub. I don't know what those really large for tiny dead blacl bugs, maybe two winged, were on the bathroom floor.I did not sleep in the bed, barely nothing in a plastic covered chair.Even wearing platform shoes and a shower shoes coukd still be a problem. I left with calf swelling, something I only had once while and right after having babies. One shower. One night. Attempts at cleaning fiest, too. I hadn't thought to bring my shower shoes. I needed platform shower shoes.I brought two water filters with me.I was using pandemic precautions, largely.I also brought incense oils outlet lights, but most were unusable for ambiance freshening.I had the standard lysol sprays and wipes.Worst part I could not help but worry my privacy was being violated, completely pulling to the curtains. Could this place, with a child playing in the night at the top of a nearby hill as a female party exited the motel to oerhaps met a lone man waiting in an a/c type of business utility van and dogs barked from rooms along the unpleasant odored hall to the clearly damaged door, have been the inspiration for Alfred Hitchcock's film Psycho or The Birds?Just as I was about to leave the check-in desk, the clerk was putting up the "No Vacancy" sign.I brought my own coffee maker. The twice filtered water made a mean cup. I do not know if that was good.It was a convenient location hours out of New York City and from Ohio Valley shopping covered by doomsday clouds, possibly the causing brown fog in the Maryland Appalachian Moutain roads disabling many drivers or causing that smell I hit with lysol into Pennsylvania, again, coming in from the animal carcass lined Ohio.A very similar location was high on a hill in the Ohio Valley. I wondered if like in California it might slide down soneday.

I recently stayed at a motel 6 and had a fantastic experience. The room was exceptionally clean, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The property felt safe and secure, which was important to me as a solo traveler. Additionally, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. There were other options available for $10 less than Motel 6, but when you choose a cheap hotel, you often encounter locals who can make your stay feel unsafe. That's why we chose to pay $10 more to stay at Motel 6. It was very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and affordable place to stay.Rooms: Very clean, and very spacious.Safety: Key required entry, lots of camera, well lit parking lot at night.Walkability: Gas Station, and food options are walking distanceFood & drinks: Wendys, Subway, Mc Donald. New Taco Bell, Eat'n Park.Noteworthy details: Pet Friendly

This is my 5th time staying at Motel 6 New Stanton. it is one most the nicest Motel 6 I have stayed. It is safe, clean, and affordable. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The motel's location was convenient, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. motel 6 is also pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for me as I was traveling with my furry friend. We will stay here again in spring when we go back to the East.

I have stayed here several times now without issue, and I would have initially rated the place 4 or 5 stars because it definitely meets my requirements of being clean, quiet, comfortable, and affordable. But most recently, I was staying here while traveling with my cat and it showed me another side of management that I hadn't had to deal with previously.I've stayed at Motel 6s across the nation with my cat. Despite being "pet friendly" and allowing pets to stay free, Motel 6 (chain-wide, I believe) has a policy of not leaving your pet unattended in the room. I am not sure if this is a new policy, but it has never come up as an issue before, even at the one I had stayed at the day prior in a different town. So I think the issue at this Motel 6 was less one of the pet policy itself, and more one of the management not being able to exercise some common sense and erring on the side of paranoia.I had encountered the same employee at the front desk almost every time during my stays. I told the front desk that I didn't need room service (there wasn't a doorhanger to show that room service wasn't needed). He must have assumed it was because of my cat being in the room, and proceeded to recite the rule to me that the cat isn't allowed to be left unattended in the room. I asked him why that was, and he said because of safety issues. I pointed out the contradiction that safety wouldn't be an issue because no one would be entering my room. Likewise, they didn't even give the option of having me keep my cat in a carrier, which you'd think would eliminate any potential risk they were imagining. Without an answer, he told me I had signed the agreement to those policies. I agreed that I had, but that it is unreasonable that I can't leave to even go get food because I can't leave my cat in the room, and that it has never been an issue at other Motel 6s. He told me I had to bring my cat with me if I leave. I replied that it wasn't feasible to expect me to bring my cat with me and leave her in my freezing car, and then I left anyway. There was a winter storm and I ended up getting stuck in traffic and took longer than expected to get back. But even if that weren't the case, I can see that my honesty from earlier only made me more of a target. The guy at the desk obviously watches the cameras pretty religiously. This wasn't the first instance of him noticing things about coming and going from the hotel. My boyfriend had come to visit me before and he called up to my room instantly to have him provide ID. At the time, this didn't bother me too much, but I can see now is just a product of an overly paranoid attitude. When I got back that day, he called again to my room and reprimanded me for leaving my cat unattended for so long and told me if I did it again, I would be forced to leave the property with no refund for the rest of the days I had booked. He also offered that I could choose now to refund the rest of the days (aside from the current night.)I realized after this exchange that I wouldn't even be able to stay there for the night because I was concerned about going out to get dinner being treated as a criminal offense. I ended up calling the Motel 6 main customer service line to tell them about my issue and wanting to get the current night refunded as well, and they had no trouble understanding why I was uncomfortable. It ended up prompting the guy from the front desk to call me again, and he continued to argue that I would not get the current night refunded. I told him I was uncomfortable with going to grab dinner resulting in me being kicked from the hotel. He said I could leave for 10-20 minutes. I asked him what would happen if I took longer due to weather or traffic like earlier, and said I couldn't guarantee I wouldn't be breaking their rules because I didn't know where their line was for tolerability. Finally he agreed to refund the current night as well.Overall, the overly protocol driven, lack of common sense, and paranoia

We did not need room service just stated for a break journey. For a Motel 6 this motel surprised us. Exceptionally cleaned room and washroom.Seems like owner recently remodeled rooms. Cleanliness and we'll maintained Lobby, hallways and stairwell.Just need bigger towels or more towels in rooms where more than one guests are staying. Would stay here again.

One of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in the bathroom was filthy, blankets, and sheets were very thin, the front desk were rude demanding to view room before refunding deposit. They complained about the use of towels. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!

I stay a a lot of cheap motels when I’m working out of town. This by far is the nicest motel 6. The manager was friendly and helpful. Staff was nice. Rooms we exceptionally clean. Good place to get a couple nights rest.

My first night on the first ever cross country road-trip was at this motel 6… I didn’t have high expectations but just the concern for budget… Room was fairly okay, hygiene equally good and checking-in was also quite easy… the receptionist was from out of state according to him, but he and this location gave me whole new perspective of motel 6 and I did spend several nights in different motels 6 across 7 states… I would stop here again if I can…. Great place in New Stanton for a night…

The service here was horrible. They are racist and soon as they seen my child was black they were quick to pass judgment and treat us as if we were criminals. They asked us to leave because they insited she had smoked in the room and she never made it to my room nor had they been in the room since I had gotten it. Worst service ever very rude.
