I had a messy credit situation to say the least and they were able to work with a lender on my behalf and get me into a car I love at a price I can afford. I went into their office in the am and walked out holding keys to my car in the afternoon. They went above and beyond for me. Mike had a family emergency so Ben came to the lot and finished up the loan process for me. They are both super friendly and honest guys, they keep you involved and updated in the car buying process from start to end. They even went so far as to make sure the gas tank was full and although he was busy with other things and didn't have time to have my car washed, at the end of the deal Ben handed me cash to run my car through a car wash! “I bought a 440 for a really good deal. After 2months of searching I booked this car the day I saw it. I immediately went and purchased it. The staff was generous they stayed late after the store hours to make this happen. The price is good, the car is good. Only complain is it was dirty in the inside when they sold it, but that was one time cleaning. Its been 6 months it is running great.”

“I was in the market to quickly find an older SUV to replace mine that was recently totaled.On the Circuit, who I randomly found online, had the exact year and model I wanted that had low mileage, appeared very clean and was fairly priced. Being 4 hours away, I contacted Kyle, who from the beginning, was very responsive and helpful answering the many questions I had about the vehicle. Since I was doing everything online, I had to put my complete trust in him in order to confidently close the deal. I was not disappointed. “I had Mill Run attempt a repair on my daughters Subaru. I say attempt because according to the manufacture and other repair shops it was not suggested to try. The repair did not work and a follow up a day later did not make a difference. They treated me well on the price and were more than fair in the attempt. I also bought a car with a re-manufactured Ford engine in it from them. The engine had a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. 8 months into the use the Flywheel broke. mill Run fixed it at no cost to me because they felt like it should not have broke. Now before you say these do not sound like positive experiences let me explain. Everything Paul and Jon did at Mill Run was about making sure I was satisfied. I have rarely if ever, come upon an auto shop with such integrity and commitment to the customer. Check them out and give them a try, they will stand by their work, THEY promise.”
