“The person who works here has got to be the nicest person ever. I love interacting with them. They’re very helpful no matter how many times I come down and ask the same shipping question.. I can never remember.. only down side is I wish they were open earlier.”
“The girl Tasha is so sweet! They were closing.. but she still took her time, helped me figure out the best way to mail an expensive coin, to a shady dude, advised me to tk a pic inside the envelope! You don’t find USPS ee’s like that!! Thx Tasha!!!”
“Post Master Eric is incredibly helpful! I have lived in Glen Rock for almost 9yrs, and he has always helped me when I have a problem. We live back in the woods, and not the easiest house to find, so his help has been a relief for me over the years. I really appreciate him, and all his hard work.”
“I ship multiple times a week usually, and rarely run into issues. When I do, it's because a customer is wrong or misunderstands something or has the wrong address, and the postal workers at this location are nearly always courteous and kind. No complaints about the office, just some of the customers.”
“The employee working today was very helpful with getting my shipment packaged properly and answering my questions. For a small store, they have a good selection of shipping materials available.”
“I’m not sure about these bad reviews, but I had one of the most positive experiences with them today.
Ms. Neveem sorry if I butchered your name) was the kindest employee and took care of my business efficiently and professionally.
Thank you for the hard work, USPS! ????”
“I have to be honest, I’m confused by some of the reviews but respect others’ experiences. I say that because I’ve always received excellent service at this post office. In my line of work, I have to mail things daily and it helps to have the luxury of mailing those things and grocery shopping at the same time/same place. It’s a full functioning post office and always well stocked.”
“I have no problem with the post office. People need to just be patient it's a rough year or 2 if they can't then just take what ever you are mailing take it them self”
